Don't be fooled by the name. This place does not sell food at all. It services restaurant equipment, brilliantly.

I had bought a used Belshaw donut robot. I looked up Belshaw authorized service center in Northern Virginia to check the unit out. Belshaw lists Daubers Inc in Springfield. (Whaley bought Daubers in 2018) I called the phone number listed, talked to Angela and confirmed they can check out the unit. So, my husband (mostlly my husband) and I loaded the unit and brought it to the shop. They are very knowledgeable about the unit I brought in. It took a few days and I got the unit back, clean bill of health.

Without letting them know, I wrote to Belshaw to tell them of my pleasant experience with Whaley that I would be comfortable to bring our equipment to them or have them come out to our business to service the equipment with or without warranty in the future.

They'll take over a month to do warranty service on a simple roller grill then close the ticket with the manufacturer without saying anything. Won't communicate with you about progress. Technicians don't seem to know what they're doing.

The worst service. Not consistent! DO NOT count on them!

The technician lied about fixing the problems, and Whaley insists that we pay them. Some staff at the office are rude! Do not use this company!

I had a service appointment scheduled over a week in advance. When the day came to service one of my fryers, they missed the appointment and claimed the technician was sick and took my part home with him (on a Thursday) and that they would not be able to do the service again until the following Monday! This is over the weekend of the Super Bowl. What a joke.
