Tyler was very personable and friendly, providing exceptional service and a quick turnaround for my general asks. Despite the summer heat and the many stairs he had to climb, he completed everything I needed with a smile.

Wifey was in a panic when the sink would not drain after dinner. I tried snaking and Draino overnight, but the water would not flow. Called Roto Rooter first thing in the morning and had them there and back to normal before Noon. Wonderful, professional, and courteous. Shared lots of tips on how to prevent going forward. Just a great experience.

Kimberly Reinbold came to my house at 11 PM on a Saturday night, and was extremely helpful and kind - my dog even fell in love with her! She clearly explained the issue, what was needed to fix it, and what the next steps would be. I am immensely satisfied with the service I received, and would absolutely call again, no questions asked.

My drain backed up on Sunday evening, right before the Super Bowl started. I wasn’t worried about this, but I have a commitment tomorrow that made it important to get it fixed as soon as possible. I set up an appointment with Roto Rooter online and Ben arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He was there for almost two hours, but he cleaned my clogged drain, made sure it was running properly and also cleaned up the U Trap and replaced it. Ben was friendly, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. I very much appreciate Roto Rooter being able to provide service to us at such short notice and I would definitely recommend them.

Overall service was good. Way overpriced. $450 for 30 mins of work just to tell me that I need to replace my shower. Actual issue was not fixed. Won’t return.

Update: manager called me back to inform that the diagnostic service was coded incorrectly and issued a refund for the difference. New price is very reasonable and very happy with the customer service. WILL return and would recommend.

The service from the Roto Rooter team for a recent drainage line backup has been excellent, from Alexander (initial responder), Mandeep, Jessica, Marquis & Jonathan and Mike Wallace. Each was responsive, very timely, friendly, positive, direct without any runaround and over-delivered every time.

Best service I've received from any company (any business) in at least the last 10-15 years.

This is the 3rd time I used Roto Rooter, and I am convinced this will always be our GO TO Plumbing service! Alexander Weaver was at the house within an hour of the call, was professional, caring, and understanding when knowing it was a rental in VA and we the owners are in Florida. The cost was more than the expected and he was able to honor a coupon that we were not present to give…saving us money! That! Is great customer service!!! Thank you Alex!

Many thanks to Jamaal for A+ service! He was punctual, very professional, and kindly took time to explain to me what I could do to prevent further clogging issues. He was also very sweet to my dog, who was super interested in him and his work. :)

Everardo came same day of my call to replace a broken garbage disposal under my kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable, professional and curteous. He was an excellent plumber and a very nice person. I will ask for him again.

Tyler, did a great job with repairing my plumbing drain. He came prepared with the right parts and tools and executed the job expeditiously. He made great recommendations on repairing the system and checked everything asked and more. He also made sure to ask how I wanted the job finished.

Roto-Rooter recently helped our family with a basement flood. Their team was outstanding. They arrived quickly and were amazing with repairs and all the clean up and fixes that needed to be done. The team was headed by top professionals in this field. We were so grateful for their patience and extremely hard work. I highly recommend them. We’ve used Roto-Rooter in the past for more minor issues and they were great. In this case it took a lot of hard work and thorough understanding of not only fixes and cleanup but how to navigate the entire process. Don’t hesitate to use them. You won’t find a better team of professionals.
