I cannot say enough good things about ASG, and about Tyler in particular. Nicest guy, knows his stuff, and busts his butt to help you. And the pricing is more than fair as well! He’s been a life saver - called him in for some issues with our plumbing, and ended up calling him back to help with some other projects we’ve been putting off for years. I only wish they did more than HVAC and plumbing because there are so many other things to be done around our house!

Excellent Service and Product. I just had a $9k Bryant Heat Pump and Air Handler installed by ASG. I researched other companies and the price all in was just about right. No hidden fees and proposal amount was exactly what I ended up paying. It was a tough install for it was a really tight space, but the very professional crew handled it extremely well, answering all of my questions along the way. I highly recommend ASG for both service and product!

I had troubles with my AC come to find out my condenser unit wasn’t working. I called ASG and was greeted by a friendly voice, I told her what the issue was and she was very knowledgeable. They were really busy that day but managed to squeeze me into the schedule which was awesome! The tech gave me a courtesy call and let me know his ETA. The tech showed up as discussed. he then quickly diagnosed my AC unit and found out I had a faulty contractor. I was ready to bear the heat for one more night being used to hearing we have to order parts I know we all heard that before, but to my surprise! He was like a mobile parts store! And he quickly got me up and running! I’ve been happy every since. Thank you guys! With excellent service and knowledgeable techs! You have a long time customer!

Highly recommend ASG for HVAC service of any kind. We have used them multiple times over the years and have never been disappointed. They are quick to respond and always fix the problem the first time out. Our last service tech Rusty provided exceptional service after hours to replace an outdoor fan motor when it was 100 degrees outside. Rick and the gang are first class.

First time I used A.S.G and it was a great experience. Got my HVAC unit replaced at our house. Very impressed. Corey was my tech and he was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and an overall pleasure to work with. I signed up for the semi annual agreement and look forward to proactively caring for my heat and a/c units at my house. Thanks again!

Go with ASG for all your HVAC services and maintenance. Their service is the BEST and they provide top-notch quality work. We replaced the upstairs and downstairs units with ASG and are truly happy. Rick, provided awesome customer service prior to and subsequent installation - super fast response and unit registration. Corey and Jordan installed the new unit with superb quality work - they even cleaned up the basement area after the job was finished. Also, they provided detailed instructions about the new unit. I highly recommend their service!!!

Have been using ASG for several years now. Always impressed by their dependable, fair-priced services, as well as their courteous and responsive staff (Chris and Rick) and technicians. Cory, who has visited us before, did another great job, this time replacing a dead compressor on an HVAC unit. Special kudos because he also noticed that for all of our HVAC units, the fans were set to blow too strongly, making them both noisier and less efficient, so these were adjusted too. Would 100% recommend as I've done for others in our condo building.

We were waiting for the new compresor for a month, today was the "day of installation," after of 4 hours the technician decides to order a missing part :START MOTOR at the last minut, so obviously he does'nt know how long it will take to have that part
Unprofessionalism and lack of expirence

Advantage Service Group did a full toilet rebuild for five toilets in spring 2023. I asked specifically what would happen if there was an issue at the time of purchase and was told there was a 1-year warranty--if there were issues, I could get the toilet fixed.

6 months later, 2 of the toilets now run continuously. When I called to ask for a free repair, I was informed that ASG no longer provided plumbing services. When I said that was understandable, but I expected either a refund or for ASG to pay for another plumber to provide the repair, they declined. Without sending anyone to assess the problem, they asserted my only recourse lies with the manufacturer of the parts. Upon being pressed, he did indicate that if they still had a plumbing service, they would have sent someone out to assess the problem but no longer felt they had any obligation. Had I known this, I would not have used ASG because I specifically wanted the parts (and their replacement if need be) to be warranted for 1 year.

ASG does not stand behind their work nor the parts they select to complete their work. Anyone looking for a professional service provider, who will fix problems arising within a reasonable time frame should look elsewhere.
