I met the owner of Kelly Heating & Cooling in March of 2023, on a matter not related to his business. It came up that he owned a heating & cooling business, & I just happened to be in the market for a new heat pump & air handler. We discussed my situation, & even though I was about an hour-and-a-half outside of his regular service area, we came to a very reasonable agreement and a few days later I had a new system installed, and running. The install team was on-time, fast, & professional.

About a month later, the system stopped working. It was after-hours, but I reached out & Kelly, himself, helped me do some troubleshooting via text. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get it working, but he sent a tech out the very next day, again an hour-and-a-half beyond their normal service area. The tech found the problem, which was a connection within the heat pump that seemingly wasn't properly seated from the manufacturer & had worked its way loose with the normal vibrations of the system. About 4 or 5 dedicated man hours for this one visit, not counting the after hours text consultation with the owner...I paid nothing!

Fast forward about a year, another system failure. More after-hours troubleshooting with the owner, and another tech visit a few days later. This time, the on-site work took a bit longer and a faulty part was discovered & replaced. Again, I paid nothing!

Its now been about a year-and-a-half, and the system is preforming flawlessly, but I know I can count on quality service from Kelly Heating & Cooling should I ever need it again.

This is the type of company I'd be willing to go out of my way to do business with.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kelly Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, fair pricing, and deep expertise in the HVAC field. From the moment I called for a consultation to the completion of the job, their team was courteous, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable.
They took the time to explain everything in detail, offered honest recommendations, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and quality of work. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

Starts charging you and doesn’t tell you before hand. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Only reason I gave 1 star because he came on a Sunday when my ac was cutting off . He said I believed it was high pressure switch and the job would cost 1,400 to 2,400 . He left saying he would check on warranty and get back with me . That's been over 2 weeks and haven't heard a word . I took fan off and washed the coils real good and it do e the trick. Will not be using them again . Dam shame man would leave you hanging in this hot weather .

Beware !!
After install service is poor. Prior to them installing I told them the system was too small for the house, they said they did an estimate that the 2.5 was the system needed.
The new system doesn’t cool the house.
I have an exclamation mark on the lcd, the owner said I should have called the office to express concern, the. lied, said I never expressed the concern of needing the 3ton unit per previous HVAC recommendations, that I agreed to their recommendation, which was supposed to be the expert.
