Jorge did excellent, thorough work installing a dual-headed showerhead for us a few months ago (better late than never leaving this review!). He sourced multiple options when we needed to order a separate part and got creative to cover up a hole that would've been left due to idiosyncrasies with the previous fixture. His responsiveness made the whole process extremely easy for us. I also want to give him a special shout out for thinking to wear shoe covers when entering people's homes - I've never had a service provider do that before and it's SO appreciated!

Jorge Vazquez is great! He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. My long time plumber just retired. Happy to have met Jorge! I am passing his name along to all of my fellow Realtors and friends! #bestplumberever

I’m writing to highly recommend Love Thy Plumber!!! Jorge has worked on multiple home projects / renovations for us beginning in 2015, and in every case, his work has been impeccable! He has installed plumbing for multiple bathrooms and kitchens, and recently installed the gas line for a fireplace insert. He is both skilled as a master plumber and a carpenter. You’ll find Jorge to be a professional in every way - communication, promptness, reliability, and always fair. He’s even been there in a pinch to fix a leaking toilet that he hadn’t installed. Jorge comes prepared for pretty much any kind of job - you’ll know what I mean when he drives up to your home or business. Do not hesitate to call Love Thy Plumber for any job!

Jorge of "Love Thy Plumber" totally blew me out of the water (pun intended) when he came to my rescue! He arrived at my door within about 15 minutes after my phone call, and was very efficient, professional and personable...but most of all he quickly and successfully solved my plumbing problem. I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed!

Joey was absolutely amazing! He was on time and very professional. He finished the job in less than an hour which is amazing considering I have had several other plumbers look at the same job over the past two years and have failed to identify/ fix the issue. I am beyond grateful to have a fully working bathroom again! He is my lifetime plumber!!

Jorge is awesome! We just moved into our new home and there were a few plumbing issues needed to be fixed. He explained the issues very well and only suggested necessary repairs. He also fixed a couple of issues in both our new bathroom vanity and the kitchen sink. He's professional, knowledgable, and efficient. We were very happy with his service!

I am so grateful for his support with an emergency plumbing situation we had on my property. He responded and remediated the issue within a short time of my call. Jorge/LTP has helped up with fixes small and big from a crazy refrigerator leak to a very difficult Navien Combi boiler fix. He also happens to be one of the most personable, kind people I’ve ever worked with. Could not recommend more highly.

Simply outstanding is the only way to begin this review. Jorge the owner is one of the most remarkable contractors/repair persons I have ever encountered in my life. I needed a bathroom sink fixture replaced. I was quoted some extremely high numbers for this recently and Love Thy Plumber quoted a much better price. Not to mention some plumbers won't even discuss even a ballpark price either. LTP did not charge an "evaluation fee" or "diagnostic fee" either. A simple straight answer after some discussion and a few photos was all it took. Love Thy Plumber provided arrival updates and lots of communication. And the work? AMAZING! The attention to quality and professionalism was top of the line. Concern for cleanliness of the work area was also way above the average as well. There is a whimsical feel about the name of this plumber but the work is strictly serious and first-rate all the way. I looked inside the repair truck and it was so clean and well-organized it could pass for an operating room. This is a true plumbing professional. He provided much useful information to me such as not to order a replacement for a shower fixture that has a leak until he can attempt a repair, which other plumbers have just dismissed outright. Also lots of discounts and coupons are offered by him as well. Love Thy Plumber is now my official go-to plumber. Jorge is the most courteous and easy-going worker I have ever seen. Hire this company with confidence! Highest recommendation.

Highly recommend giving Jorge a call for all your plumbing needs. I had an issue with my shower handle, the water was not turning off and the handle itself was very hard to turn. Had another “plumber” come out here just to tell me that it’s going to be at least $500 for a new part, before he even tried to unscrew the handle. And he was not successful in unscrewing the handle, which only required an allen wrench.
Jorge gets here, unscrews the handle, goes under my house to turn the water off, and fixes the issue immediately. High attention to detail, put sheets around the bathroom to keep the area clean, very professional and clearly knows what he’s doing.

Jorge was polite, professional, and skilled — and best of all, fair. He even came out on a Saturday to do the job. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a plumber in the Peninsula area of Hampton Roads.

Good overall experience. He gave me a free estimate and nothing changed after the work. He was on time and friendly and made a big effort to keep our house clean. I will use him again in the future.
