So grateful for kieffer projects and their amazing work.

My husband and I inherited a manufactured home from my father last year after he passed away.

To say it needed some work, would have been an understatement. We spent months just digging the house out of blackberry bushes and cars that didn't run.

What we found underneath was 15+ years of neglect.
Rotting siding, missing gutters, paint that had been stained by years of weather, skirting hanging by a thread or completely ripped out by the blackberries. Not to mention the leaking roof, that was going straight into the spare bathroom above the shower.

While the idea of just tearing it down did cross our minds and linger for awhile. We ultimately choose to honor my dad's memory and dreams for the house and property.

Cue why were here. Kieffer projects.
With how bad the exterior was we were, as you could imagine, in way over our heads.

After talking to a few contractors to compare prices and options. Kieffer projects stood out to us by far. With a responsive team and an easy to work with additude, it was a clear choice.

We were not disappointed. From the roof to the skirting everything was discussed and double checked at each step.

Chad, who worked on our roof with his team, was thorough and very straightforward.
He let us know that they would need to replace not just the roof but the boards underneath because of the water damage done. While they were removing those they found that bolts were loose at our marriage line. They tightened everything up for us for free before putting the new boards down.

Every member of their team we had come to our house was knowledgeable and thorough. I can't tell you how much peace of mind you get from working with people that know what they are doing and are honest.

Before the painter left after working all day, they had us walk around the house with them. Paint in hand, they touched up everything we asked them to.

There were some projects we decided to do ourselves after getting a bid for it and talking with them. They were straightforward and upfront on what would be better spent paying someone to do for us versus doing ourselves.

If you need a second opinion, have an idea for a new kitchen, or need something done yesterday. They are your guys. Would highly recommend.

Kieffer Projects , owner Isaac Kieffer, did an outstanding and ‘ over the top’ reconditioning of our 30 year old home that sold in an amazing short time!! Isaac and his outstanding crew went from roof to crawlspace inside and out, and did it as a short amount of time! We had to move out of state, so Isaac was left with the keys and totally took care of everything and left us with such peace of mind because he has such integrity and he hires only the best people to assist. When buyers came in, they thought the house was brand new and it really was beautiful inside and out!! There’s more to say, but we are going to keep this brief and suggest that if you have a house sale or a remodel, Kieffer projects is the first place to choose!

Isaac and his team built my wellness studio in downtown Vancouver, transforming an old garage to a healing sanctuary. From start to finish, his team was able to not only meet all the unique design needs, but assure the process was done right and timely. They were able to work well with the City to get all the inspections complete and in a rapid manner so my business was able to open promptly. All persons working at my property were well vetted and very kind, making the process positive and without conflict. I highly recommend working with this team, you won’t be disappointed.

Devin and team are the best to work with! They did a professional and timely project at a fair and reasonable price point. They worked with me to come in on budget and were very responsive even after the project was completed!

I've used Kieffer Projects 3 times for projects in my house in Vancouver, WA. Insulation in the ceiling above my garage and enclosed patio; chopped down a huge tree in my backyard and painters to paint 5 brand new doors. All the subcontractors he sent me were amazing. Very pleasant to communicate with and very nice people. The tree chopping was done in one entire day. The painters were super great, they did a top notch job on all my doors/door trims, they went beyond just those, they even painted a threshold, a window trim outside and where the light fixtures were. The insulation guy did a great job and my garage and enclosed patio are better insulated now. They all cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. Prices are reasonable, too.

Kieffer projects is an amazing company to have general contract your project, they do great work, their communication is above and beyond other Generals in the area. They really commit to helping the project go smoothly. I feel a high level of authenticity from them. Hard to come by compared to many general contractors we’ve hired over the years. Very reasonably priced. Would hire them again for any projects. They do not disappoint.

Working with Devin and his crews was a great experience. From our first interaction he was very professional and responsive. He has great communication and was always very direct and open about the different options and pricing. His pricing was definitely fair and above all else, the job came out looking great and was done very quickly. I highly recommend Devin and I'll be working with him again in the future.

Kieffer Projects did an outstanding job removing our old sunroom and rebuilding the deck from scratch. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were top-notch, resulting in a sturdy and beautiful deck that has transformed our outdoor living area. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and skilled contractors.

Kieffer Projects is who I used to remodel my bathroom. Everyone who came to work on the bathroom were very respectable and knowledgeable. Devin was my main contact with what and how the work would get done. Communication was always prompt and we were always on the same page about what was to be accomplished. The bathroom came out phenomenal and definitely up to our expectations. We would definitely work with them again for any future projects. I've added before and after photos so you can see the dramatic change.

Devin and Isaac are hands down the best/easiest GC's I've ever worked with.

Over the course of the last three years I've had them add a mudroom, completely remodel my kitchen, add an attached garage with attic space, completely re-roof / reside / paint both my main house and my detached unit in the back.

I have had them add a full driveway with drainage systems that lead to my backyard… The systems are also tied to all of the new gutter systems that were installed as my house was re-roofed.

Throughout the entire course of all of these actions Devin was fully involved and always available for my questions and thoughts along the way… Most of the time he would beat me to the punch with ideas and thoughts that worked out nicely for us.

As everything was wrapping up Devin gave me plenty of time to review with my Wife all actions completed and allowed us plenty of opportunities to point out any and all things that did not meet our expectation and the few small things that we did find he had them addressed right away for us.

I have referred Devin and his team to multiple friends and family and they have all been very happy as well!

Now I am looking to have him and his team install a bathroom addition for us this spring/summer and I can't wait to work with him again!

It always feels good having somebody you can trust!

I will post a few photos but honestly as nice as they look it's still doesn't quite do justice to the huge differences/improvements that were made to our home.

Hands down this is the BEST company to work with. They did an absolutely amazing job on my home. They replaced my roof, installed new flooring throughout, did a complete interior paint and fixed a few plumbing issues. My house was on the market for a week and sold. They are so professional, trustworthy and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. 10/10 service.
