I recently had a plumbing emergency. I asked my neighbor for a referral, and got Nates. The plumber that they sent, Jim, was professional, courteous, and installed my new toilet outrageously quickly. I would recommend Nates to all.

I was glad to got in touch with NATEs Plumbing. I was able to get soon the appointment. "Thomas" replaced our instant Hot Water dispenser with a new one. Thomas was pleasant and explained the function.we will ask for him again for other projects in our home. Thanks Rose and Larry.

We had a pipe burst at 4 in the morning and Jake was out at my house to help us within 10 minutes of me calling them. They had a temporary fix in right away to give us time to work through demolition and reconstruction. They were very informative and I would recommend them every day of the week.

I also posted a review on YELP. This company did a great job on a recent 3 day plumbing job they did for me in my apartment. Jordan, Jim, and Jake all did a great job with kindness and professionalism. They were very good at their jobs and everything is installed perfectly and works great. I appreciate that they were always right on time, went straight to work and even took their shoes off at the door. I was impressed that they left zero mess when they were done. I recommend Nate's Plumbing to everyone.

Nate’s plumbing has been the BEST for a few plumbing issues. Thomas is always professional and knowledgeable to answer all my questions and concerns and includes all those times I called the office very kind and helpful. Nate’s plumbing is the one and only company that i’ll be calling!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jake at Nate’s Plumbing. He came today and replaced the pressure valve on our water system. He is such a polite and patient person. We are hosting my husband’s college buddies this weekend so Jake had four engineers out there watching him! He was so polite and very professional. Nate’s charges were reasonable and their work is great. Nate’s will be our go to plumber from now on. Thank you.

Great service. All their employees are professional. Nate’s Plumbing has installed a main water line, septic and sewer connection, and most recently a hot water heater. They have definitely earned a customer for life.

We have been using Nate’s for years now. We’ve had them do jobs as small as cleaning out a pipe that was draining slowly to replacing the water main for the house. Always done well with fair prices. Estimators and plumbers alike are helpful, friendly & professional. Good honest company.

The plumber showed up on time. He was courteous and very helpful with our questions. We expected to have a leak repaired… turned out that we had to get a whole new faucet and he had the exact kind, color, shape we needed right there in his truck. No need to reschedule for a replacement. He replaced the bad faucet quickly and we were up and going in no time.

I have a sewer mainline warranty and this is the company who the warranty service works with for my area. After putting in the claim with the warranty service, Nathan called us and went over the details of the issue we were having and then he dispatched Jake right away. I'm over an hour away from where they are located but Jake got here promptly, spent a few minutes diagnosing the problem then set to work getting everything cleared up. They really went above and beyond what I expected and I'm really appreciate that even on a Saturday they got to work and took care of us.

We’ve used Nate’s several times in the past and they never fail to disappoint. Fixed the leak under the house and made suggestions on updating our pipes. No pressure. Friendly folks. Came out with 24 hours. I highly recommend if you need a good plumber fast

We were very happy with Nate’s Plumbing. Jim came on time and replaced our old toilet and shut off valve. He was pleasant and careful and everything works great now.

I had fixtures that needed replaced, which included a leaky toilet in the master bedroom bath, a leaky old stainless kitchen sink and garbage disposal, a water heater located in an upper level crawlspace in the master bedroom, and a very old, non -functioning dishwasher. I also needed a new bathroom sink faucet replaced in the main bathroom. I had previously done a walk through with Thomas so he was aware of the water heater location challenges. Nate's Plumbing sent Thomas and Jordan out to address all of those needs in one day.

My home was built in the 80s in a PUD(planned unit) development. The house sits on a slab of cement with the crawl space located in the master bedroom in an upper level, accessible only by a minimum 8 foot ladder. Removing an old heater and installing a new could be challenging. Thomas and Jordan made it look easy. They did an excellent job of time management, leaving the water heater installation for last.

They were respectful of my home and minimized the impact their presence made. They did an excellent job of cleaning up both inside and out.

Before they left, Thomas answered my questions regarding how the new kitchen sink faucet operated. As he was showing me how to use it, he noticed the sprayer line had a catch as it was being pulled down. He found the problem, which was the line hanging up on the piping leading from the sink/disposal, to the dishwasher. He addressed it, showing me what to do in case it reoccurred. He answered my questions regarding the water heater and dishwasher and let me know that if I had any problems, to call them.

My experience with Nate's Plumbing was nothing but postive from start to finish. I was given an arrival window of between 8:30 - 9:30, and they arrived well within that time. If I had to list the my top three points, they would be as follows. On time, repectful of my home and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I must leave a review as I was so impressed by the work done, the professionalism and expertise performed by Jake. He came out on a beautiful Sunday and spent the day getting my renters water running again. Beautiful work and cleaned up like he hadn't been there.
