Absolutely terrible experience with Platinum Cleaning Services (12249 10th Ave S, Burien, Washington).

This company pushes a “green cleaning” image, yet we found harsh chemical products dumped in our dumpster afterward that were clearly anything but environmentally friendly. If you’re going to market yourself as eco-conscious, maybe don’t leave evidence behind "suggesting" otherwise.

The professionalism of these people, or lack there of, is somehow even worse than the cleaning itself. The crew was loud, disruptive, and carried themselves more like a group of wannabe club promoters trying to look hard than people hired to work in a professional office environment. They were making so much noise late into the night that neighboring businesses actually came over asking us what kind of “banger” or after-hours party we were throwing (so embarrassing).

That level of disturbance from a cleaning company is ridiculous.

And honestly, go Google their office location/photos yourself (12249 10th Ave S, Burien, Washington). The whole vibe feels bizarrely over-the-top and sketchy for a company supposedly focused on professional green commercial cleaning services.

WHAT KIND OF CLEANING SERVICE HAS A JACUZZI * STROBE LIGHTS IN THEIR FRONT YARD? SERIOUSLY? I CAN ONLY THINK OF ONE KIND OF BUSINESS THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS PLACE AND IT GIVES ALL KIND OF "ICK" AND MAKES ME WANT TO SHOWER

The office wasn’t cleaned to the standard promised, the staff behavior was embarrassing, and the entire experience felt amateur from start to finish. Between the misleading “green” claims and the unprofessional atmosphere they brought into the building, overcharges, wastes of time, things promised but not done, we will never use this company again.

Strongly do not recommend.
