I called and spoke with Jodi to help with a furnace issue. Our furnace would not come on and I don't know enough about furnaces and needed help. Caleb just came out today and discovered it was just a tripped fuse in the panel, whew, I was hoping is wasn't a major fix. Jodi and Caleb both were very friendly and easy to talk to and helped so much. I explained my husband and I are on fixed incomes and they were willing to work with us on paying. Come to find out that it was a simple switching the fuse back on, Caleb said no charge...yeah!! I will definately be using them for anything I need help with!! I think I'm going to go talk to Jodi about an issue i have with my shower next, but I don't think that's an easy fix lol😊 Thank you northside for all your help, will recommend you to anyone I talk to!!

Northside installed my new heating system last fall. In every aspect, they have exceeded my expectations. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, and experienced; has given me great advice, and saved me money on several occasions. I would definitely recommend Northside to my own family, and friends.

Within a week Mark stopped by to repair our Kenmore Heat Pump. Within minutes he discovered a faulty thermostat and provided me with a better-best quote. After pulling a second cable and tying things together, our AC was up and running again. Thanks to Mark I can open my Honeywell app and control my system remotely! Very impressive! This guy knows his stuff...

I am in the trades (GC) and generally understanding about the problems we face while trying to get a project done, maintain timelines, and keep your customers happy. It’s a balance. However, I am on a project now and Northside is doing the install of the hvac system and I can’t say much worse about their inability to finish the project. It has been months. One to two workers will show up for an hour to two hours and piddle around and not get much done. They promise to be back to get things buttoned up and heat in the house, but only return to spend 1-2 hrs not doing much. Not sure how they are making any money. I will never use them as a sub again!

My furnace went out last night and gave them a call today, Spoke with Terry and stated he might have his tech available later that afternoon and would contact me back and let me know either way. I recieved a call from mark and he stated he could get to me today the same day. He found out what the issue was and had me back up and running within an hour. Mark was professional and the rates were very reasonable.. I highly recommend them for future needs. THANKS! Tim

Mark was polite, professional, prompt and diagnosed the problem with our heat pump immediately. It was repaired right then, and safety concerns addressed as well. I've already recommended them to s friend, and am planning to get on their regular service schedule. Very pleased customer.

Started off ok I guess, I have been an HVAC customer once before, had some work on my heat pump done. I attempted to engage about some plumbing work which probably would have lead to electrical work but nobody ever called to get something scheduled. After one week passed I had to follow up with a call to see if I had fallen through the cracks I was told my paperwork was on the desk. Another week passed and still after that follow up no one ever called me back to enquire or set something up. I even followed up with a feedback email to the office alias just being upfront about the experience in hopes to avoid it with other customers in the future and didn't even get a call back on that. Based on the reviews this might be a fringe case but either way it happened.
