Gabriel arrived as my tech to repair both my shower fixtures & outside faucet. Not only was he professional with his work, but he really cared for other concerns I had as well. I'm so impressed with this company & would request Gabriel if I have other issues!

I have used American Plumbing twice. Once for an emergency then again for some plumbing updates. Both times they were timely, considerate, thoughtful, and worked efficiently. For the emergency, they came to just cap off the line. But realized it would be just as quick to fix it. Which I very much appreciated.

Top notch service from American Plumbing! I called with an emergent plumbing need after hours. Casey answered and scheduled service immediately. While on site, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service possible. From start to finish, they were highly professional and easy to work with. Can’t recommend this company enough! Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

American plumbing replaced my entire main water line. Gabriel and his partner were right on time, kept me informed of everything relevant, we're very professional. They did a neat job and the clean up was excellent. I can't say enough good about this company. The whole job was way faster than I imagined. Thank you so much. I'm glad to know who to go to for any other plumbing issues.

American came out for an emergency ruptured pipe under a manufactured home of a family member. The plumber, Austin, came out in the late afternoon on a Saturday and had everything fixed in under an hour. Great work, great service, and the rate was very reasonable (especially given the circumstances, + senior discount).
I'd definitely use them again.

Aaron came out on short notice and replaced our badly leaking 18-year old water heater. He was friendly, intelligent, informative, and professional. I have nothing negative to say--he did a great job and I would definitely welcome Aaron and American Plumbing again in the future.

Austin was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my storm drain and fixed it. He made a point to explain what he was doing and seeing and kept me posted with his progress. Would absolutely call them again next time

Our water stopped running!! I called American plumbing and Gabriel came out on an after hours call. He diagnosed the problem and got the water running again. We had to get a new pump tank. It was a complicated problem requiring replacing rusty pipes and updating the electrical switch as well as installing the new tank. Gabriel went above and beyond to get the job done. He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Fast, efficient, professional, and competent. From scheduling to communicating to fixing our issues, American Plumbing did a great job and treated us and our home with respect. Very pleased with American and with Gabe, the tech who solved our problems.

American Plumbing was very fast and reliable. It was late at night and they had someone available ASAP on call to get the work done. Austin came to my place and did an awesome job and quick. My wife and I had shopped around looking for a good company to install a garbage disposal and install 2 new bathroom vanity sinks.

After coming into contact with American Plumbing Contractors they gave us a reasonable quote and good timeframe on when the work will be completed. After the work was done, both my wife and I are extremely happy with the work performed.

Clogged kitchen sink. Of course it happens on a Sunday! But, American plumbers offered to send some one. We had to wait until the next day due to a previous commitment. Erik came on time the next day and unclogged. He cleaned everything up and explained what he was doing as he went along. Very helpful. Thanks for a great job.

I highly recommend American Plumbing! I have had work done by them a few times and they have always been friendly, professional and quickly able to help me. I am disabled and unable to get up and around very much, and they make me feel comfortable while they work on my house. I have had very small and larger jobs done and they have always done a wonderful job. I have recommended them before and if anyone is looking for a great plumber, I really believe this is where you should go!

Justin, my service technician was a “True” gem. He arrived on time and patiently listened while I explained what I thought was the problem. He then gave me a number of solutions to what I stated and immediately started examining my water heater (the problem at hand). Justin was very honest/knowledgeable about what was going on and the ease of resolving the situation. My hot water issue was instantly resolved. In the past, I have had other companies charge a fee just to show up, then they try to up sell me on solutions/service plans but that was not the case I experienced with American plumbing contractors. This was my 1st interaction with them and I would definitely call them again if I had a problem in the future. To sum up my experience, I had a problem that I wanted solved, they came out and quickly did just that, the end.

The repair man Lee Wilson was very personable and thorough in explaining the repair and cleaning up. The receptionist was also very helpful. Many thanks for the quick response on our emergency pipe repair! I would recommend others to American plumbing and Lee Wilson.

John was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient when it came to removing my old kitchen sink (double drain) and replacing it with a newer cast iron sink (with one drain). I was quoted $1k and paid just that to have the newer sink installed with a new faucet. I was quoted a really high price with a competitor plumbing company and used American Plumbing Contractors because I read their prices were reasonable. I’m very happy with my services and APC will now be our go to for any future plumbing issues. Thanks again John!

I contacted American Plumbing Contractors to fix a slow drip that a worker from a different firm had noticed.

I was given an estimate that seemed much lower than another companies cost for a similar repair.

Gabriel came out, fixed the leak, and told me there was a discount for paying with a cheque.

Very satisfied, happy with the service and cost.

Aaron did a great job of doing a curtesy inspection of the plumbing in the whole house and explaining what needs to be done in conjunction with a bid for a tankless water heater. He explained the process of replacing the water heater very well and took the time to educate us.
