I just bought a new house, and I couldn't get the hot water heater to light. I knew it worked because my inspector had checked it during the home buying process. My home warranty people were being jerks, it was a holiday weekend, and I was stuck taking cold showers. I called Mike at Gasworks to see if he could come out and look at it. When I described the problem he suggested we try to fix it over the phone. I gave him a few bits of information about the heater, he pointed out a few things I should try, and within 5 minutes it was lit and working great. Mike did this free of charge (which saved me several hundred dollars I assume), asking nothing in return. This is the kind of guy you want to do business with, and the kind of company you refer your friends to. He gained a customer for life that day.

The crew exceeded my expectations for quality. The price was as previously agreed to in quote. They arrived on time and stayed longer than expected, due to unanticipated issues to complete the job. They addressed all of our HVAC needs. Thanks AIR HANDLERS.

Air handlers, with their usual professionalism checked my furnace system. They have been doing a great job since my system was installed.

Another satisfied customer! Actually I dont know if I'd be a customer, since I didnt even pay for anything. I called to have someone come look at my furnace that wouldnt light and Mike walked me through some simple self-fix steps over the phone. I ended up being able to get it going myself. Any other company would have glady sent someone out and charged me for doing basically nothing. The integrity shown by Gasworks, Inc. is very refreshing. When I do have to put some money into my furnace, Mike will definitely get my business.

I called Gasworks to come look at my water heater after having someone else already come out and not fix the issue. They were able to come out the same day and get it back working quickly. Definitely would call on them again if anything else goes wrong.

The annual inspection of the furnace and air conditioner were done efficiently and with no problems. The technician was mannerly and knowledgeable. All in all, a fine job.

Our furnace went out and I called Mike. After a short conversation Mike suggested I call PSE since they'll diagnose for free. He said he was happy to come out but he was trying to save me a few $$$. The work was done by PSE because they were onsite, it was a relatively quick fix, and our house was a bit nippy. If any issues come up again with our furnace, Mike and his candor will have my business. Thank you Mike!

We’ve been using Air Handlers for about 10 years with great success. They are always very responsive, excellent technicians and reasonable prices.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike. On at least three different occasions, Mike walked me through my heating problem *on the phone*, to save me service charge. I would never use any other company than gasworks. Mike is the best!

Jason has been our Service Tech for 5 years or so, and he and everyone at Airhandlers provide a customer service consistantantly. Fair prices and great service. Cant beat that

Mike came out the same day I called needing help. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am really glad I found this company and not only look forward to working with them in the future if needed, but will not hesitate to recommend them to others. As the treasurer of my homeowner's association I do not take giving recommendations lightly, and will only do so when I truly believe in the company.

Larry and Jason installed a new heat pump today and they did a great job, they are both very knowledgeable and very nice guys

Mike went the extra mile to troubleshoot and educate me on maintaining my water heater properly. Even though he was compensated for an hour and could have finished the warranty work in that time, he drained my tank fully to prevent any further issues. Thanks Mike!

The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They are always quick to respond no matter what my needs are. The service technicians are prompt and thorough, and answers all my questions and concerns. Very happy I chose them for my heatpump needs.

Wonderful service and honest. My furnace was sounding like a garbage disposal. Mike came out, ordered the part and left. The furnace decided to heal its self and the next day I called Mike back to report the change of events. He said "no problem. I'll send the part back but please call if it starts up again. No forcing the part on a customer, no hard feeling. Just a very nice businessman.

Steve looked at my furnace and thanks to his knowledge and honesty I did not need to buy a new furnace. He just fixed a few problem wires and it was good to go. He explained what he was doing and let me observe. What great service!

Mike came to our rescue! I came home from an out of town trip yesterday to find that our furnace had went on the fritz. It was 50 degrees in our house and 34 degrees outside, so we got out our sleeping bags and decided to call around first thing in the morning. I had called another company and the receptionist said that it would be about 4 hours before she would be able to get back to me to see if one of their service guys would have room in to schedule us in. Meanwhile my husband put out a call through fb and some one recommended GasWorks. I called and Mike answered the phone right away, listened to the problem and then asked me a few questions to asses the situation. Shortly after speaking to him he arrived at our door and went to work. The really cool part was that he showed me what the problem was and showed me how to fix it in the event that it happens again. Mike also taught me a few things about the furnace and how to properly maintain it. I appreciated that he made a point of staying until he was sure that everything was working as it should. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, willingness to educate, and friendliness very much. In under an hour all was well and he was on his way. Thank you Mike! Your company and recommendations are now a permanent part of our home maintenance program!!
