We received quotes for over 5 other companies and "Air Masters" came in at the lowest. They were in and out within a day and we were greatly pleased with there service. However, what impressed me the most, is that when summer hit and we used the AC, we noticed a leak. We called them and they took responsibility and accountability for the problem and fixed it. YES, that is what a company should do, always!!! Unfortunately, We all know what a rare case that is becoming in this day and age! So,would i use them again, or recommend them to my friends and family? YES!! Because, low prices and fast service may bring you customers, but what keeps them for years to come is integrity and great service!!

I called Air Masters for the yearly maintenance on my heater. Technician Carlson arrived and was very thorough with checking the heater for any wear and tear. He did find that a flame sensor needed to be replaced. He showed me the old one and explained to me how it was burned and that it would probably fail soon. He was very courteous and willing to answer all my questions.

This week Michael, Air Master’s tech, was out to do the annual maintenance on my HVAC system. He did a great job, he was courteous, professional and best of all was a great teacher! I always appreciate when someone takes the time to explain things and is patient! Thank you Michael, Air Masters and Teresa! We appreciate you all!

Trusted by my family for generations, Air Masters has continued to provide excellent service. We recently had them install a ductless system just in time for the warm weather!

When Air Masters called this morning, I was afraid they would say Michael would be late or not available. To my surprise, they asked if he could come EARLY! I've never had that experience with service people before! He showed up and was very efficient and nice. A nice experience overall. Thanks!

Mike was our technician and arrived in the middle of the window I was initially given. He was thorough, friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing. He took the time to answer my questions and give me a quote on some additional work that I asked him about. I would hire this company again and plan to!

Micheal showed up early, was very professional and courteous. Made sure all our HVAC equipment was up to snuff. Verified that we had cooling and heat before he left. Very cost effective peace of mind. The office staff made sure we were kept on schedule and informed of any changes. Highly recommended business.

These guys are the best. They did a great job installing my new ductless AC and heat! They showed up on time, worked hard to get everything done fast, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Then they even did the rebate paperwork. Thanks, Air Masters!

Can’t say enough about this company. You’ll see plenty of excellent reviews here on their service, attention to detail, and expertise. Many of the employees from other HVAC companies have actually been trained at some point by Air Masters! They are seriously the best in the area, hands down. But what makes me write this review is that they are great people who believe in being community partners. You will see them at that local charity run as a sponsor. They will show up to pass out Halloween candy to kids. They are an excellent company—the kind that you want to do business with.

I have to say that Air Masters is one of the best company's that we have worked with in years! Mark, one of the owners came and checked and test everything to do with our HVAC system. None of the other five company's that gave us bids did anything nearly as much to make sure that we got the correct furnace and repairs that we needed. When the installer came he work all day non stop to get us heat that day. They found things that need replaced above that was on the bid, and it was taken care of at no additional cost to us. The next day they returned and repaired all the duct work in our home at a very adorable prices. All of this and they still beat closest bid by over $500! So a very big thanks to everyone at Air Masters.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Air Masters. The technician, Michael T, was courteous, professional and punctual. He was responsive to all of my questions and I never felt that he was "wanting me to leave him alone". LOL!! Most importantly, he came prepared with gloves, a mask and shoe booties.

We turned to Air Masters two years ago to install a new heat pump and air handler in our 30 year old home, and it's great to know that I can rely on them to make sure everything is still running just as it should. Michael T. was on time and went straight to work. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile with an impromptu look at a bit of our ductwork under the house. I will be calling on Air Masters for my annual inspection/maintenance visits, knowing I'm getting my money's worth from honest professionals.

Air masters has always taken care of my furnace and this last year I had to replace it. They did a great job getting me financing and the installers were amazing. Very thorough and informative. Won't go any where else.

My technician quickly diagnosed my issue was the thermostat not my heater, and gave me a huge tip to save over 800$ on my repair. He was very polite, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up installing my own thermostat and it wasn’t working, and I thought my technician missed something that was wrong with my heater. Airmasters arranged for a technician to come back out and was willing to waive the fee if it was something wrong with my heater that the technician missed the first time. I ended up checking my work on my thermostat and it was Me who had wires crossed. Airmasters was patient, cooperative, and extremely helpful. I will be calling them back when my heater finally does die.

Airmasters employees have always been conscientious and accessible in our contacts with them, and people sent to our home on service calls make sure they finish each job properly. Our most recent service was done by Carlson, who was personable and took care to understand our unusual heating system so that he could do a thorough annual maintenance visit.

Air Masters came to my home to troubleshoot a new heat pump install done by another local HVAC company. The heat pump had never worked properly. The other company was nonresponsive so I called Air Masters. I scheduled a repair appointment and I was impressed with their professionalism, and ability to quickly diagnose the mistakes made during the original installation. Very happy and I will use Air Masters for my annual maintenance and anything related to HVAC. Thank you!!

I needed to change from oil heat to electric. Rashad offered available options of HVAC systems with a professionally prepared presentation in a respectful kind manner. Stephen and his installation team were right on time, prepared, and worked diligently to finish the project ahead of schedule. The entire team was professional, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the project. It is obvious that this company takes pride in their work and are committed to providing excellent service to the community.
