John fJohn immediately called me back and was actually able to fix it over the phone!!

Mike came out to do warranty repair on a Thermador range. Thermador sent a bad replacement board so took him 3 trips to get me fixed but his persistence is impressive. I gather he works on higher end equipment exclusively and he has year and years of experience. A good, honest guy IMO.

I acquired a very old Subzero fridge that works great for the most part but was having some issues. I wanted to find someone that could look it over for me to make sure it was generally working well and fix the issues I was experiencing. Mike did an excellent job. He fixed all the issues I could see, and those I didn’t see but his expert eye easily found. He didn’t try to upsell me and his fees were very reasonable. I feel much more confident about my old fridge now that Mike has given it his expert review. Would absolutely recommend Mike’s services.

I was refereed to mike by Wolf appliances. Unfortunately I was not able to use mike because he didn’t answer the phone and mailbox is full. I tried a few times with no luck. Ended up using UP Appliance Repair.
