Our renovated basement flooded, and Jordan stepped in to completely rebuild our recent remodel. He was able to start the job almost immediately, and actually helped us make our space better than it started. Highly recommend!

I was doing a huge renovation (removing popcorn ceilings, painting, flooring, and a master bathroom) of my townhome when I initially consulted Jordan. Jordan and Kosty renovated the master bathroom and I couldn’t be happier! Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail reflects in their work. Additionally, they stepped in and helped me finish out my flooring and trim in the remainder of my home. I will have them back to do my kitchen soon!

Jordan and Kosty care very much about their work and the results show it. Arrow North did a remodel of several rooms in our house and replaced a non-functional garage door with beautiful French doors. They were easy to work with and very efficient. We couldn’t be happier.

Jordan and Arrow North were fantastic to work with and can't recommend them enough. We did a kitchen & bath remodel that extended to most the rest of the home as we had to also touch many systems (electrical, plumbing & HVAC)

Easy to work with & had a very high bar for detail work throughout. I never felt like I was trying to catch them cutting corners, overbilling or anything like that. At one point they even ripped out and replaced our bathroom floor tile (at their cost for time & materials) because the install wasn't quite right the first time. It was passible for sure, but not up to their standards. I didn't even have to ask them to do it, Jordan approached me about it & had a remediation plan already in motion.

Jordan and his crew did an amazing job transforming our old kitchen into a modern farmhouse kitchen of my Pinterest dreams! Jordan was professional and easy to work with. He was incredibly detail-oriented and collaborative in the way he approached the planning and execution of our project. He was open to my ideas while providing realistic cost and time constraints which made it easy for me to make the right choices to bring my vision to life. We will absolutely call him again for any future projects!

We contracted Arrow North Construction for a bathroom remodel. It was a complete gut job and Jordan and his team did an excellent job! They took the bathroom down to the studs, found a plumber to replace our old pipes and electrician to rewire all the lighting for us. Jordan was very professional the whole time and his team was also very respectful. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on the new remodel project!

Jordan and the Arrow North team were fantastic from start to finish. They helped design and complete a full renovation on our daylight basement that included moving walls, new carpentry, new drywall, new trim and doors, floors, paint, counter, cabinets, really just about everything. The design process was smooth and bidding and pricing always seemed fair. We have worked with many contractors on residential and commercial projects, and this crew shows up on time, every day, when they say they will, which says a lot. The team is very talented as they did a lot of the work themselves and had minimal sub-contractors. They are meticulous in their work and really paid attention to detail.

Jordan was always responsive to the questions that we had and his advice and recommendations were so helpful. He was very communicative about the process and gave updates regularly on what we could expect. Jordan is a great contractor, was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend him to our friends/family for any project. We are so happy with our new basement and to have found Jordan and Arrow North Construction!

We are extremely happy with the project Jordan and his team did for us. They were quick, tidy, respectful. The attention to detail was beyond compare. They rebuilt a wall, added light fixtures & outlets, mounted a tv, and built a shelf in our kitchen that matched our cabinetry. They were able to deal with our masonry walls. The communication was easy and responsive. They were a pleasure to deal with. The price was reasonable and we could not be more satisfied with the results. Looking forward to working with Arrow North on any future projects

We had a great experience with Jordan and the team at Arrow North. Very professional and high quality work!! I would definitely recommend. They completely redid the kitchen in our 100 year old home, which had plenty of quirks to work around being a fairly cramped and strangely laid out space, and they handled all of the challenges of that smoothly and with great communication. It was my first time renovating and I am grateful that they made the process as easy and positive as they did. And I am thrilled with the end result!

Arrow North installed a new backsplash in our kitchen and everything came out perfect. Jordan and his team Kosty were great to work with. They are extremely attentive to detail and consulted us with all the cuts to ensure we would be happy with the finished product.

Jordan and his team did an incredible job renovating our basement, completely transforming it from bare concrete and pillars to a beautiful finished space our family will enjoy for years to come. They brought our vision to life and clearly communicated with us every step of the way from start to finish. They were receptive to our ideas and requests throughout each phase of the project.

While it was a big investment, the results speak for themselves and Jordan worked hard to keep costs within our overall budget. He also skillfully managed all of the subcontractors, design plans, and permitting/inspections with the city. We are so thankful for the job Jordan and Arrow North did! Arrow North Construction crew were great to work with on our projects. There were many changes and needed adjustments along the way and they flexed with each one. The work is solid and our home looks great. Added bonus - they are good people.

Have called and send several emails requesting RFP for a bathroom project and never replied. I would NOT recommend this business again.
