He diagnosed the issue quickly and had it running like new again in just over an hour.

Josh went above and beyond my expectations. Our AC quit when it was over 90 degrees. He was here the next morning. He troubleshoot the problem called me asked if I wanted to go forward with the repair and had us back going in a few hours. His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

We had an excellent experience with Josh from TrueTech Mechanical. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Josh responded to our service request on short notice, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. We were particularly impressed that he returned on July 4th to complete the job after ensuring the system was leak-free overnight. Did a DIY mini split install but wanted to have a licensed contractor flare the lines, pressure test the system, and commission it to get the full warranty. Called many contractors - most said they wouldn’t touch anything homeowner-installed. After listening to me and examining the system, Josh at True Tech said he could help. He was really responsive, showed up on time, and completed the install. He paid attention to a lot of details, like the aesthetics of the line sets and electrical conduit. His price was reasonable too. Everything is working perfectly. Couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend him!

I would recommend Josh for any and all HVAC work commercial and residential. He did a great job installing multiple mini-splits on a whole house system he designed for us.

At the end of last winter one of our heaters broke, and during a routine check we found another one leaking gas — leaving our small business with two broken heaters. We were nervous, but Joshua got us on the schedule the following week. He showed up, went through all our heaters, replaced a few parts including a broken gas pipe, and had everything running better than before in just a couple hours. He even checked the rest of our units and stocked us with filters. Our heaters are old, but we really needed them to last another season. Thanks to Joshua, they’re working great again! We’re so grateful — keeping our gym warm is super important for our athletes. Highly recommend!
