I have worked in the construction industry for over 35 years in both commercial and residential.
Yesten and his crew at Vital Roofing are professional, very experienced and I would not hesitate recommending them! I have seen thousands of roofs installed and this company truly knows what they are doing and how to do it right.

This company I would highly recommend. They work at a reasonable pace, installed very nice material and did a great job of cleaning up. Price of the work was very competitive.

Good decision to get these folks to replace my residential roof. They did exactly what they said they would: got a permit, brought a good crew to get it done (including a two-roof take-off), and priced it reasonably. Pleasant to work with as well.

When we had an issue with our roof, Vital showed up right on time. They were professional and very friendly to work with. They did an inspection, took photos, and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. Their quote was on par with the other 5 roofers we spoke with but Vital just felt like the best choice and we couldn't have been happier with the results.

Vital showed up on time to complete the repairs and kept us informed of all their progress. When they finished, they showed us photos of the work to confirm everything was completed.

We had a leak from the flat part of the roof.
Yesten explained why shingles are not the best choice for that area. He used Melarky material, replace the rotted wood, chimney flashing and vents the were not installed correctly. . Yesten was polite, on time, answered our questions clearly, responded to calls and text on timely manner.
There company is small but they are roofer family for a long time. I trust them 100%

Vital Roofing was extremely professional, on time, up front on costs, and very thorough. If anything came up during the removal of the old roofing materials, Yesten was on top of it and kept us informed.
They brought everything up to code, kept any messes during installation down to a minimum, and the final result looks great. Definitely will be referring them to anyone looking to get roof work done.

I am extremely happy with the work that Vital Roofing did. Their bid was the lowest, but the quality was top knotch. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, promo with a bid, and really went the extra mile by keeping my yard clean throughout the process.
