Would give 6 stars if I could. Patrick and his team did an outstanding job replacing 2 outdoor units and 2 Air Handlers for us. Our building is over 100 years old so not the easiest place to work but they got it done with zero issues on time. Would recommend this company to any business looking for an upgrade. Great price good people!

I just would like to add that sometimes it takes a couple trips to locate and fix a problem. You step up to an old unit that has different refrigerants written all over it, or maybe one that's been phased out. It's tripped on low oil safety. Is is due to a low charge?, is the switch bad? Is it low on oil? The refrigerants has been phased out, you can't just top-off the charge, and this is a 175lb.+ system. I'm not going to pull all that refrigerant and retrofit it with 175 lbs. of another refrigerant, at a charge to the customer, if a little oil does the trick. Put in a little oil, and if I get another call back we can eliminate that and look at other possible causes, but you know you covered all bases for the customer. I've been in that situation just as a for instance. On the one where the company didn't work on a certain type of system, or a certain size of company...If a company doesn't work on something, they don't work on something! I can tell you this, Air Systems Engineering has a highly intelligent team of technicians and staff, and if you want an install done right, the first time, you've come to the right place! That's a 5-star rating right there!

We always receive prompt and effective repairs when needed. Can sometimes take a few trips to find the source of the issue.

Very poor customer service. Refused to do service on our AC because of the type of business we are.

Texting and driving not paying any attention. Terrible.

Driving from Puyallup to Bonney Lake on 1/9 around 2:15 pm, the employee who was driving the big red van almost ran myself and several other people off the road. Completely reckless driving and from the sounds of it, this isn’t the first complaint. No signaling, swerving out of lane, and of course, on his phone with head down. This man is going to seriously injure somebody, or worse. Have called in to report to authorities. No regard for safety or representing this company in a positive way. Absolutely dangerous and careless.

This review is in regard to the guy driving the red van in the photos I posted. He was driving insane! My husband and I noticed him in back of us zipping thru cars going way more than the speed limit (60) He was probably going 75+. Once he got behind us he was following us way too close.
