This is the guy!! I called on a Sunday eve. just to schedule for some time during the week to repair my wine cellar cooler. He called me back the same evening and said he would come out that evening to let me know what I would be dealing with. Not only did he come out on a Sunday but he stayed and fixed it with a fair price!!!

There is honesty, hard work and trustworthiness with this company. I have an older commercial unit that was looked at by a large well known and trusted company. A company that has always done our residential and commercial. They told me the parts needed are no longer available and the unit coul not be fixed. I would need a new unit. Doesnt sound uncommon or suspicious. However, being downtown on the fourth floor requires a city permit, hiring of a crane, and street closure. Then on top of these expenses my practice would need to be closed for at least three weeks while awaiting permits and the unit.
A friend reccomended I call Michael. Even though I had already resigned myslef to the hemorage of replacing the unit, I called after hours and within 2 hours he was here. He explained that the broken part was not mechanical but structural. His friend welded the bracket together for 20.00 and he drove it to him and back, installed it and within minutes my office became cool. It is still running years later. Highly reccomend.

The tech was a pro in every since of the word. Quick, knowledgeable and great customer service. Had a store opening in a couple of days and our walk-in went out. Michael jumped in action and got us going. Highly recommended.
