A representative came out on Tuesday, assessed our drainage situation and made recommendations on how to fix it and gave us an estimate. They sent a crew of 4 guys, arriving a little before 8 am. The dug a whole to reroute the water from our gutter so that it would flow down the steps to the sidewalk. In the process, they needed to dig a whole under pavers and then replace them. They finished the entire job in less that 5 hours, and everything was very much to our satisfaction. In addition, all workers were very courteous and respectful of our property. And man in charge came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was hunky dory. We highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the job these guys got done around our house. It was a big a one. Jason was transparent, real, and fair about the work that needed to be done. They did over 120 feet of french drains around my house and to make things complicated, they did it at the foot of a retaining wall. The guys on sight who mostly managed the project, Hugo, Marcos, Luis, Enrique, Geovani, Erick and Oscar, acted fast and found solutions. Really appreciate them. Then after completion, Jason reminded me that the job is under warranty which is simply great peace of mind. Overall, super happy with the job quality from Garys and would 100% recommend these guys.

Couldn't recommend Gary's enough! We just moved into our first house two months ago and had our main sewer line clog - it ended up being an emergency situation. They were able to get out to us the next day, and finish the project within 6 hours. The supervisor, Jason, was so kind, knowledgable, and walked us through the entire process. His crew, Desmond and Ishmael, were so diligent and kept us updated throughout the entire project. I am so thankful for this company getting our house back up and running so quickly! Just great people!

Jason came out first to scope the work and go over pricing—straightforward, and very competitive. Once the job started, the digging crew (Hugo, Desmond, Enrique, Neftali, Luis, and Ismael) went above and beyond. Not only did they handle the digging with great care to my property, but they also put in the repairs and found creative solutions for unexpected issues that came up. Their problem-solving and workmanship made a huge difference.

The lining crew (Noah and Tito) did an amazing job as well—so precise that the liner didn’t have a single wrinkle, not even where the pipe turned! And John, the inside plumber, made sure everything inside was handled perfectly.

From top to bottom, everyone was courteous, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their work, which says a lot. What really stood out was how they took the time to explain what they were doing—not just to me, but also to my son. They answered all his questions (all 357 questions you can expect from a 6 yr old!), showed him parts of the process, and by the end, he was actually excited about plumbing!

If you need sewer line repair or replacement done right, Gary’s Pipelining is a fantastic choice. Great people, great work, and no surprises.

Came to repair a slow draining sink. Couldn’t solve the issue but still charged $395. Then gave an estimate of $2500. New pipes must be coated with gold.
