Excellent service! The job was somewhat complicated and Lief took the time to figure out how to fix the leaky shower. He treated the job professionally and like it was his own home. Springer Plumbing is my go to for all my home’s plumbing needs.

This was our first time using Springers services. We had a leak in our ceiling from our master bath abruptly start. We called several places and only got voicemails or no answers. When we called Springer Plumbing, Kara answered and understood our situation. She called her techs to see if anyone had any availability day of the incident and someone was at our house within 45min of my initial call. The tech explained several possible issues the leak could be caused from and repaired what he was able to access. He told us what to continue to watch for in case a continued leak occurs. Overall, our experience was exceptional. Thank you for such a prompt and efficient service. We will be using them again when needed.

Old Kitchen Faucet was leaking, and technician Geoff said it was not fixable. He was able to order a faucet, and set up a temporary fix until the new faucet arrived, then he came back and installed the new faucet, and did a good job. New faucet is working well. Kara in the office was good at communicating and making the appointments and following up with reminders, and emailing the receipts.

Darin and his partner did a great job. They described what they were going to do to fix the problem and provided the cost up front. Would definitely use the again.

The plumber was able to fix the link in the sink and replace a faucet in about an hour and a half as well as give us a good price on the labor and materials. I am super happy with it.

Geoffrey was professional, on time, and was able to explain the work being done. The entire company has treated my family as if I was part of their family from the first time I called. Outdoor faucet leaking ~ easy to schedule appointment online. There were current appointments and was able to get faucet leak fixed timely. Representative was on time, friendly and knowledgeable on leak issue. I would use Springer again for my plumbing needs.

I was impressed by everyone I had contact with at Springer Plumbing, Geoff, Leif, Nick, and Cara. They were so friendly and efficient and did everything possible to keep us informed and they all did a great job.

They are amazing. We had a water issue and they were so responsive. We had some damage issues because of the water problem and they gave us recommendations that were a big help. This is the only plumbing company we will use.

Had what I thought might be an outdoor faucet leaking underground. Call Springer and they luckily had a opening same day. Geoff came out and tho it didn't seem there was evidence of a leak, listened to my concerns about why the faucet was behaving differently (delayed and slow flow) and agreed to dig down to make sure. No leak found but we decided to replace the whole apparatus, which fixed the problem. I was so happy to be able to quit worrying and have it fixed properly!

Everything about our transaction was wonderful! We had 3 toilets replaced and old toilets removed. Job was quoted timely, the price was great, the work was completed perfectly. Caleb did fast, expert installation of our kitchen sink disposal and drain. Showed up right on time, very friendly, kept our place clean and everything works and looks great.

Experienced, friendly and efficient. The technicians were always on time and appointments were booked quickly. The technicians gave us extra tips for coping with leaks under our sink that were very helpful and appreciated. It is great to know there is a plumbing service we can count on in the future!
