Steadfast took care of 3 projects: the reroofing of our cabana, the rebuilding of our roof box around our commercial kitchen's exhaust vent pipe and upper fan, and the replacement of four countertops in two of our kitchenettes. All their work was superb, reasonably priced, and their work etiquette was very professional. Some of the work at our facility demanded being sensitive to the vulnerable population we care for at our assisted living facility. They were always conscientious in this regard. I highly recommend this company.

Steadfast was the only company I could find that would repair my vinyl siding. They did a wonderful job. The color matched so well I didn't need to paint to match the new areas to the old. Mario was thorough and efficient. The price was more than fair. I am one happy homeowner.

Steadfast Construction is a class act. I have known and worked with them as a former Board President of our HOA, for over 8 years. This experience was personal, having my condo repaired after major water intrusion issues. Isaiah Park, General Manager, laid out the plan and handed it over to Tyler Pudists, Project Manager and Jesus, Foreman. Tyler's planning, pricing and communication was stellar! It was very difficult being out of my home for 8 weeks, however they worked tirelessly to get me in sooner and were spot on with the budget and time line. Once you connect with Steadfast, you are on your way to the solution. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We used steadfast to replace a 12" x "12 inch support beam in the back of our house. Long story short, the due to the previous owners neglect years of water dripping into it from the gutter cause it to rot. Alvin and his team were extremely responsive. They came out to take a look and provided a very competitive quote. They knocked the whole job out in a day despite having to modify their approach due to an unexpected support beam design that was discovered once underway. They figured out a fix without skipping a beat and executed. We are very happy with the finished product. Would definitely use them again!

This is my second time using Steadfast for HOA work - previously when I lived in a 35 unit condominium complex and currently at a 10 townhouse complex. Isaiah and his team are a breeze to work with. Accountable, reliable, and overall just a joy to work with. We had painting and carpentry done to 10 units - our community is so pleased with the work. They also did work on our chimneys. The communication was always on point and there were zero surprises. We came right within budget and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Super unprofessional driver. Nearly hit me and my fiance 3 times on I-5 south zigging and zagging out of lanes. Cuts super close to other cars and tailgates like crazy.

Had a bathroom repaired after a leak. They installed what looked like carpet underlayment under the floating vinyl planks I supplied even though they come with their own underlayment attached. A few years later I had buckling. It is hard for the planks to distribute weight evenly when on top of padding.

These guys are a joke do not hire. They decided to start work at 7 am on my neighbors condo. We all share a building 4 separate units. They did not give a notice or any kind of warning for the work that was being done. They used our visitors spot to park their trailer for over 3 weeks. Owner was rude and told me (he didn’t need to leave notice ) . This is unprofessional and I would be aware.
