APEX did a great job installing my Mitsubishi mini split air conditioner heater in my garage.

To say I appreciated the level of service gets 5 stars is an understatement. The work done (by Jay) met every customer service component in my book and fixed a nuisance-type concern, not a functional or performance issue with my furnace. I can be critical at times, very meticulous when it comes to service.
Jay represented Apex very well. I could tell he enjoys what he does in part by relentlessly digging deeper and deeper to eventually uncover the nuisance I was experiencing. The effort required a couple additional trips out after getting a replacement part which didn't disrupt his attention or focus to professionally deliver and resolve the issue of which I attribute to his focus and his work is what he very much likes to do.

Update: This company gets better and better. David came by today to service and clean my AC unit. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Again, explained to me what part I needed and why I needed it. Apex you are a Rockstar hiring the best employees!

Woke up this morning and my Thermostat was blank - no power. I called the Thermostat company and they gave me a couple maintenance companies names. I called around and Apex was able to get to me the same day. I received a text when the technician was on the way. Zach came and was professional. He went over my issue as he understood it and knew exactly what needed to be done. He could tell I was clueless when it comes to heating and air. He explained my system, how it worked and even sketched out a picture to help me understand. He recommended much needed maintenance and explained which package was best for me.

I will definitely be a long time customer.

We needed a new air conditioner. Joe evaluated our current system and noted that our the coil was misplaced and explained how a new coil placed correctly would not only help with the air conditioning, it would make the heating more consistent. We had Apex do the work and not only were the installers knowledgeable and polite, Joe was correct, both the flow of heat and air is much more even. Our house is actually warmer. We’ve only tested the air conditioning since we are not in a warm season. Overall a great experience and they were actually the lowest of 5 bids.

Special recognition to Brandon and Seth from Apex Air -I can't speak highly enough about their customer service, commitment, honesty and dedication . Brandon's expertise and guidance made the entire process stress-free and affordable while making sure we were well educated on all available products. Even in 12-degree weather, Seth installed a Mitsubishi hyper heat unit with precision and efficiency. Their commitment to excellence extended beyond the installation—shoveling snow while on-site and showing up after hours to check on the recent install, reflects their dedication to customer satisfaction. For top-notch service and a team that truly cares about you and your family, Brandon, Seth and the team at Apex Air are unmatched. My experience with them exceeded all expectations.

We have had a terrific experience working with Apex Air installing a new heat pump system. As with any major project, we ran into some bumps and Apex was on it. They were responsive, attentive, and dedicated to getting things corrected and running at peak performance. Brandon was our project liaison and his customer service specifically is exemplary. We appreciate how Apex Air handled every aspect of the project and the follow up coordination that we ended up running into. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Corey at Apex is very knowledgeable and he has great communication and great customer service. I have never had a heat pump before and he educated me with all I need to know about having a heat pump. He took extra time to thoroughly go through the settings and control panel. He answered all my questions re: our separate basement heating and gave suggestions if we need to add a/c to the basement. I would definitely recommend Corey at Apex to anyone needing heat and A/C service.

Apex’s customer service is unmatched. Their sales and service were both professional and helped walk me through options. I found it refreshing that they didn’t try to sell me the most expensive option and instead recommended a system that met my needs. We love the new system and just in time before the weather got really cold. Highly recommended.

Our system was blowing only cold air after a recent power outage so I called to have someone come take a look and got a same day appointment. A tech named Corey came to my literal rescue today and helped get my heat back on in less than 15 minutes!! He had amazing customer service and was super friendly! I know little to nothing about HVAC systems and he taught me some valuable information along the way of how to properly care for it moving forward. Would recommend Apex Air to my friends and family!

I called on APEX for an inspection on my furnace after my brother had a great experience with Ricardo. David gave me a call on his way to my house and gave me an estimate on how long it would take him to arrive. he arrived at 8am, exactly when he said he would. David was very polite, thorough, and explained every detail of what needs done. David was able to get my fireplace and furnace back up in running in 2 hours. It was much appreciated with it getting cold outside. I would recommend anyone who is having heating and/or air issues to give APEX a call!

Brandon, David and everyone at Apex did a killer job. Highly recommend.

I can’t thank the Apex team enough for immediately helping us troubleshoot when our A/C stopped working during the current heat wave. We have a tiny newborn and were stressing out about trying to get someone out to help as soon as possible as she seemed to be overheating without the ac.

Carter and his team were great and managed to ID the issue and source a part that fixed the issue before noon on the same morning I called the Apex team in a panic. Our family is so grateful to him and all the folks there!

David Fernandez was the employee I had the pleasure of working with! David was professional but personable. His over all demeanor was very trusting. You could just tell he cared and was almost treating me like a daughter! He explained everything in Layman terms and never left me out of loop on cost! David not only fixed the issue but identified it within minutes upon arrival. To top it off he even cleaned my unit outside - not expected but more than appreciated. He clearly understands what it means to provide not only quick, and efficient service but also how to create a return customer! You’ve got my husband and I for life! Apex air hires wonderful employees that exemplify their companies core values clearly. I received even a follow up call to make sure everything was still A-ok! Hire someone that not only has knowledge but cares about their relationship with their customers!!

Apex Air is amazing! I’ve worked with them on all 3 of my homes. They offer exceptional customer service from sales, ease of scheduling, installation and servicing my system. I’m a very happy customer and know I’m in great hands with Apex Air!

I'm giving a shout out to Apex because this is our 3rd time using them and have received great service each time. We are on a service plan that helps us keep up with proper maintenance of our almost 30yrd old gas furnace. We've worked with 2 different technicians and each one has made good notes about each visit so at the next maintenance visit the technician is clear on what has been discussed, parts to review that were called out to watch and talk about the reality about what we can expect in the near future. I have never felt pressured to replace any parts that weren't necessary, I'm always clear on my costs and know what to expect in the near future. I feel that Apex focuses on their customer service and not on sales at service calls. We are preparing for a new furnace and plan to use Apex for this replacement when the time finally comes.

Apex Air provided excellent service on the installation of our new HVAC system. Our installers, Bob and David were professional and efficient. Charles, our sales representative explained all the details and scheduled the project promptly. I highly recommend Apex Air for all HVAC needs

Dealing with Apex Air was an enjoyable experience from start to finish!
Brandon gave us a great price on an Ameristar 2 ton AC unit with new gas furnace and he even found a gas leak at the meter when he was out for the enitial bid, which the gas company promptly fixed. Crissy was spot on with scheduling and setting up arrival times for city inspectors and installers. Bob the installer and his apprentice did an excellent job with the installation and were very helpful helping me set up the new Honeywell smart thermostat and the whole system worked flawlessly, right out of the gate.
I can't say enough about this outfit. I highly recommend Apex Air for any new HVAC installations and repair.

We have been with Apex for seven years almost eight. Regular maintenance has been done on our heating unit and air. At the beginning of the recent heat wave our air went out. They were booked out for one week, no fault of their own. When they came out the man was very good at what he does and had the unit working in no time. He also checked out everything else on the unit to make sure it was also working before he left. We will be lifetime customers. We love you Apex thank you so much.

Just have to say a BIG thanks to Miguel Salamanca from Apex. He was really great to work with and answered every one of our questions and was extremely polite and considerate. Would not hesitate to call them for any thing we had going on with our heat/ac!!

What an awesome company. It all starts with Chrissy, who initiates the scheduling, and Brandon, who handles the sales call and ultimately, the service and/or equipment recommendation. Installation could not have gone better. David and Ethan arrived on time and were done earlier than the estimated completion time with assistance from Bob. All permitting was handled and filed by Apex as stated in the proposal and there were no surprises or additional expenses. Highly recommend Apex and their team to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC.
