After 25 years, our old Heat Pump called it quits. Blairco has such a good reputation in this town, they are the only business I called for a bid. They came in just about where I expected and gave us three options. With a little help, we chose the one that worked best for us, and were surprised when they were able to schedule the replacement the following week.
They showed up on time and ready to go, even providing us with space heaters while the old unit was removed and replaced.
Even the Electrical Contractor was top notch, and made a few needed updates to bring everything up to code. The system was up and running on the third day and has been operating flawlessly. The Ecobee thermostat was a great addition...

Blairco is great. I have used several other HVAC companies in the area but once I found Blairco I stopped looking. They have been great to deal with on every occasion. The front office staff to the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond. I have had the privilege to work with their technician Randy on multiple occasions. He is the best HVAC tech we have had out bar none. Friendly and super knowledgeable about the equipment he is working on. Great customer service is a lost art in many service businesses these days, but it is not lost at Blairco, it is just the way they do business.

I've been a Blairco customer for nearly 25 years. Simple logic; great management and technicians that respond and can maintain/repair HVAC problems in a safe and efficient manner. Summer tune-up for my AC/gas furnace was done professionally by Brandon using hi-tech equipment. Invoice includes a work and overall operations summary. Just a great company to work with.

Blairco installed a new Mitsubishi mini split system. Hedda and Zimri did the installation. They were thorough and the work was very neat and tidy. Super nice to work with. Highly recommend.

We have been a Blairco customer for over 25 years. Our heat pump went out, and the system was old enough where it was time to have the whole system upgraded to new. We obtained 3 estimates to do our due diligence. One was higher than Blairco, and one was slightly lower. Shaun, our estimator for Blairco, was courteous, knowledgable, and answered all questions thoroughly. He instilled confidence in us to continue our loyalty, as this is a big investment. Their installers, Hedda, and his son, Zimri, are excellent! Hedda is a rarity in today's world. He is an old world craftsman that truly cares about pride in his workmanship. Blairco Heating and Air Conditioning is positively the best company as it pretends to installations, service and repair. Will, service tech, provided annual HAVC service maintenance. Completed.the inspection and cleaning on both furnace and air conditioner. He explain the work he performed. The cost I felt was more than reasonable. Only company I will use, you should do the same.

Blairco installed a new HVAC System in my home in November, 2025. Hedda and Josh were the installers and they were outstanding workers, efficient and friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Blairco did a great job installing my new air conditioner. They were always quick to get back to me and got it done when they said they would. The installers were knowledgeable and friendly and I couldn't be more happy with my new air conditioner.

It was a very difficult job to install a new furnace and heat pump in a different place than the old one which was in a closet in my kitchen. The installation of the furnace
was much more difficult than anticipated by the salesman and it had to be installed under my house. It was done at no extra charge by very experienced professional installers, Hedda and his son, Zimri. I can’t say enough good things about them. I am so happy that I chose BLAIRCO for the purchase and installation.

I do not review a service unless I have three experiences. It took 8 years, but I have great news: all three times were professional, positive, and completely worth it!

My aunt's house in 2012, my grandparents house in 2013, and last week in September 2020, we had an entire new system, ducts, thermostat and vents installed.

The little details that are given attention from this crew are remarkable. One example is spray painting the air intake box area under the floor black, so it did not look like a metal hole under the vent in our hallway. (it had looked like a metal hole previously and we had not even realized how gross it looked until it was painted black and it blends right in now!)

The knowledge as to proper vent placement and how to update our 50's house to a state-of-the-art system was done with ease and confidence by this crew.

Simply put- great people, excellent craftsmanship, and outstanding communication. We will continue to use Blairco, and recommend them again for future heating and AC needs.

Blairco recently replaced a faulty condensate pump on our heat pump. The service and work was excellent. We have sourced our HVAC system maintenance and repairs to Blairco for more than twenty years. They are definitely a top-drawer company.

Our A/C unit broke down and we gave Blairco a call for an appointment. They were able to send a technician out the next day to look at it. One of the parts had to be replaced and the technician had it on hand. The issue was resolved and the A/C works again!

Blairco was very attentive and the technician was nice and provided some helpful information regarding some of the key elements for an A/C. I will definitely use them again for any future A/C or HVAC repairs.

I've called Blairco a couple times when our A/C has stopped working right before a heat wave. Both times, they were able to schedule someone to come out the same day. Our tech, Brandon, was able to identify the problem quickly and get our system running cool again quickly. We have an older heat pump, but it still works well, and there's never been an attempt to upsell us on a new unit. If we need heating or cooling help again, we will be calling Blairco.
