Our A/C went out during a recent hot spell. We called EJ and he came out that afternoon. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the part, and had us back up and running within a couple of hours. He took the time to clearly explain to me everything he was doing in order to repair the problem. His fee for work performed was very fair. I highly recommend him if you have an HVAC issue.

Ej's did an amazing work, from diagnostics to the repair on this old commercial HVAC unit that the previous 6 vendors would not even touch. Ej's honesty, integrity, and sincere effort to save customer money are much appreciated!

I wish I could leave 10 Stars! Another HVAC company sent someone out to "repair" my system and told me I had to pay $119 (I got the $119 refunded) for the estimate, which was almost $800, all of which EJ's (Estebon) did for $271.25. This is a Very Honest and professional man and his wife helped him. The exterior unit looks brand new and the system had Not been cleaned for a long time. I had recently purchased the house, so now I am going to call Estebon every spring for maintenance and share his name and number with everyone I can. It is rare to find a great person for HVAC work

Great service right from the get-go. I called with an issue late at night and had someone at my house first thing the next morning. The issue was quickly resolved, aid I was charged a reasonable price. I highly recccomend this company if you need HVAC work done. You will not get the level of service they provide from the big guys.

Ej worked with us and answered many questions, so we could decide on which HVAC model was within our budget and best for our situation. We obtained many quotes and Ej's Ideal Heating & Cooling came in below all others. Ej went above and beyond, finding and fixing issues that were not part of the installation scope. During the last freeze, out tenant called and said the furnace wasn’t producing warm air. I called about 15 companies, and EJ’s was one of only 3 companies that returned my call. EJ fixed the issue and was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He is very good at communicating and his work is top notch.

My Lennox smart thermostat stopped working and EJ replaced with the newest version at a fair price. He also put a new air handler in my shop. All good and I have confidence EJ will back up his work.

If you want someone who is honest, very knowledgeable and trustworthy, EJ is the guy to call unlike other companies who wanted us to spend thousands for unnecessary work! EJ is very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend EJ for anything you need done.

I was having a heating problem with my furnace and needed it looked at as soon as possible due to the cold weather. I looked up a few heating and cooling contractors and their reviews and was not impressed with what I was finding here in Vancouver Washington. I wanted someone local, so I called Ej's Ideal Heating & cooling at 8:30 am and he told me he could work me in between 10 &12. He arrived at 11:30. We discussed the problem I was having and he then went right to work explaining what he was doing and how the system worked. He found the problem and fixed it. I was very impressed with him and his work. I was also impressed by the fact that he did not come into my home and try to sell me something I didn't need like a whole new system like some of the big companies do. I will use them for all my heating &cooling problems in the future. If you want a great company and a great guy for your heating &cooling system, then call Ej's Heating & cooling. Ej was on time and not only let me follow him around while he was doing my yearly maintenance on my Lennox heat pump and gas furnace but he also explained each step he was taking. I’ve watched several different HVAC technicians prove service on my system and Ej was easily the most thorough. I was very impressed. Ej is a one man shop who really strives to deliver a type of personalized service that is very rare today.

EJ came out for an estimate for a new system since our old machine broke. He assessed it for free and fixed it with fast turn around! He beat other companies for how much time into repair as well as cost$. He also gave the guarantee if we purchase a new system a credit of the repair cost towards new system. He also brought up the fact that we should have our co2 sensors working and even checked them for me! It really felt like he actually just cared, wanted us to be safe and didn’t want us to not have heat! I would highly recommend him for HVAC services

Ej did a fantastic job on my hvac maintenance. It’s been several years since my hvac system had been maintained and he came in, fixed all of the problems and got it working again. His prices were fair unlike a lot of the other HVAC companies in this area and he was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Ejs.

Was the only honest technician who took the time to listen to the clients needs and repaired the unit . I had EJ install a complete dual fuel system. He is one of the hardest working and proficient installers i have seen. The quality of work was even better than i had hoped for. I really can not say enough good things about him or his company. He was always on time too. He even sat down with me to explain in detale how the system works. I will not hesitate to hire him again if I need his services again.

Ej serviced my gas furnace and AC. He was thorough and detailed in his service. He showed me the issues and explained to me the data my furnace was giving. He then gave me options. After a detailed cleaning, a capacitor, and topped off refrigerant, this 24 yr old furnace is still operating top notch! He took the time too answer all my questions, which i usually have, and was respectful.
