I recently had the pleasure of working with KOVA Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. Sergey and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met with professionalism and expertise.

We have our ten year old mini-split serviced each year.Never have we had it serviced with the detail and care that Sam gave us. He explained what he was doing and showed us the dirt that should have been cleaned out long before.
Sam was there for nearly 3 hours and didn’t leave until he was satisfied our units were clean, sanitized and running properly. And we paid no more than we normally do.
We will use this company, and hopefully Sam going forward.

Sam, the consultant at Kova Heating, exceeded all expectations. His in-depth knowledge of heating systems and energy efficiency was awesome throughout the consultation. Sam assessed our needs, proposing a solution that not only addressed current issues but also anticipated future requirements. His clear communication and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire process seamless. Kudos to Sam for a job exceptionally well done.

These guys are Great! They got back to us almost immediately with an appointment amidst cold temperatures outdoors. Ontime, polite, very efficient, and professional. We had a hole in our copper piping coming from the heat pump and repaired it very quickly. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, KOVA!

To begin, I am amazed by the efficiency displayed by the team who arrived at my remodeling project. They successfully completed all the necessary tasks before lunchtime. It is evident that they take their work seriously. Sergey, in particular, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency in handling the job. Great choice for all your residential and commercial needs. We hired Kova for a tilt up warehouse job and they did great work. Good communication and their quality is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone and will defintely work with them again.

In the middle of the heat wave our AC unit stopped working all of a sudden. David graciously set the appointment a day after and Sam showed up on time checked and fixed the problem right away. He went over the problem with detail with me and shows me the option. After taking care of the business Sam went over few general questions with me politely as well. Had my heater go out during the ice storm we just had recently. David and his team were quick to respond and send an emergency tech out. Paul came out to diagnose the system, had the parts stocked on his van and was able to get it repaired within the hour. Was very happy with their communication and effort to get me and my family warm. Would highly recommend.

KOVA was able to take my call in the weekend and get me on their schedule on Monday! The technician came out and was very knowledgeable, he was able to give me a play by play on what he was doing and that put me at ease. One of the best experience in my life with Kova! We used them for new construction home in happy valley, they went above and beyond! They use the best quality furnace, air conditioning and parts, also their work is high quality! Most of the HVAC companies that I interviewed they do not do the load calculation, this means you will have trouble later with having heating or cooling to be distributed uniformly across your home, these guys run their software to tell them where your vents need to be and determine the duct sizes.
They are excellent in communication and always there when they said they will be there.
Do yourself a favor and give them a call and do not waste your time with other companies

David and his team at KOVA were fantastic to work with. They're honest and professional. I appreciated the knowledge David provided as we replaced our Heat Pump system. The day of the installation was all you could ask for as a homeowner. I'm still amazed how they were able to do so much in one day. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a new system or in need of service to their current system.

These guys are great. They took the time to go over their estimate to replace my malfunctioning heat pump, helping me to decide on which model worked best for me. They scheduled the appointment timely, came when they said they would and stayed until the job was finished the same day. The installers were friendly, polite and respectful. Price was fair. Couldn't have had a better experience!
