We hired Smart HVAC to install a new ducted electric heat pump system in our house. Oleks (Alex) and his assistant built new custom sheet metal ducts to replace our old ones and professionally installed a new system. We're happy with finally getting AC, and are even saving a little money on our heating and compared to natural gas. Thanks Oleks and Smart HVAC!

Incredible service. My furnace went out in the snow and he was at my house within an hour and got me up and running again. He was fast, professional, and affordable. Feels good to know I have a reliable HVAC technician should I need help again. Highly recommend.

Have a 10 year old Trane heat pump system where our room over the garage always had excessive heat in summer and cold in winter. While there were vents to get air, it was never regulated by temp, we were constantly adding portable air conditioners in summer portable heater in winter, when the pandemic hit my wife started to work from home, we set her home office upstairs in the loft as it was the perfect way to allow her privacy and isolation from our day to day routine in the house.Seeing it was time to replace the portable air conditioner for the 3rd time we opted to look at installing another station with our current system and install a thermostat that would better control the rooms temperature. Smart HVAC LLC was one of 4 quotes we received - they came in at 1/2 the price of everyone else. Once they started (amazingly within 7 days) everything was up and running properly in only 1 day. They cleaned up and when gone you couldn't tell they were ever there. They did the work end of April 2023 and I waited until now (July 2023) to write this review. Everything works perfectly and on a 97 degree summer day today our loft is a perfect 72 with zero issues whatsoever. Highly recommend these guys to any and all who need work performed on their home system.

When our Heat pump gave out during the cold season, we were fortunate enough to come across SMART HVAC to provide repair services. Our Heat pump was outdated and over 20 years old, but the team was able to restore it to working condition. Moving forward, we are eager to have them replace and modernize our system. We highly recommend SMART HVAC to anyone seeking professional and reliable HVAC services, especially military members like us who were offered a great discount that other companies did not provide. Our heater stopped working right at the beginning of the cold snap in December 2022, and Alex from Smart HVAC was the only person that called me back from all the HVAC repair companies I reached out to. He was able to make it to our house despite the ice and snow and figured out the problem with our furnace. He got it fixed and was able to get the heat back on for my family! Thank you Alex and Smart HVAC, we will definitely be using you guys again in the future!

Alex came out & got the job done with out any big sale pitch or fear tactics to get us to purchase a new unit unlike the other guy at patriot that was trying to scare us into buying a unit . We understand it’s an older unit & will need to be eventually replaced , we pay the service fees but $20,000 out of no where is asking a bit much . I feel like These guys understand that & will do their best to get your air conditioning working again at a fair price . Thank you Alex 😊

I can't even describe how much Oleksii helped us and saved the day. He came same day to our house to fix a part in our heat pump when no one in town had the part/availability. He was able to get our heater up and running right before the winter storm hit and I can't tell you how thankful I am to have a warm house right now. I called so many companies and no one was as fast/helpful as him. I want to thank Smart HVAC for doing such a tremendous job replacing our Furnace and A/C units. They were on time, worked late and we very professional in dealing with my wife and I, making sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

We have had our new air conditioning for about a month now. It's working great but, more important, was the service. The technician set realistic timelines, was transparent with details, easy to reach and answered any questions we had throughout the process. He went above and beyond by sacrificing his evening to finish installing the AC system to get the job done so our two young boys wouldn't have to spend another day in a hot house with temperatures reaching triple digits! We value supporting local businesses and it's a win with great service, timelines and overall cost. Highly recommend Smart HVAC services.

Oleksii was incredibly helpful and informative. He diagnosed our issue within his first visit and was able to come back out the very next day to replace the part that was no longer working. He answered all our questions, and were very grateful to have AC back for the upcoming hot summer days!

I needed an HVAC professional to do the technical completion on a my ductless mini-split install and was so happy that I found Alex. He put me into his schedule right away. When he arrived and went to work I could immediately see that he really knew his trade and had all of the appropriate tools. Very nice guy. We chatted during the entire process and he was very friendly and responsive to my HVAC questions. While waiting for the required pressure testing and system vacuuming, he even just casually cleaned our nearby larger AC condenser as we chatted. Once the testing was done, he helped me do the last bit of electrical wiring and then did a bit more performance testing once the unit was running. All of this was done at a completely fair price. After this experience I wouldn’t think of calling anyone other than Alex for any future AC maintenance or install work.

Competitive pricing, clear communication, and quick turnaround for a new heat pump. The installation process was very stress free, and I'd definitely recommend Smart HVAC or use them again in the future.

I called Smart HVAC at 4PM on a Saturday after my outdoor unit wouldn’t turn on and it was going to be in the 90s all weekend. Alex tried to make it out that evening but had too many last minute service calls and couldn’t, so he came out first thing Sunday morning (even though they don’t work Sundays). He was quick to troubleshoot that the t-stat was the issue, replaced it, re-wired the DIY’d controller in the crawl space, added refrigerant and got everything working in better order. Very professional, responsive, and not over priced. I’m a mechanical engineer and generally understand these systems and I highly recommend going with this company. It’s rare you have a great experience with a contractor but this was one of them.

Alex came out to our house same-day, to do a repair and full maintenance on our A/C system. He was very fast and efficient and extremely friendly. He even showed up earlier than the time he originally quoted, and it was a major blessing on a 90 degree day! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC service or A/C service, and we would use them again, if needed.

We are very happy and impressed with the work that Alex and team performed. Their quote was significantly less than the competitors and the work was stellar. That's a great combination. Alex and team started within a day of our acceptance of his quote and finished in just two days. Our Mitsubishi mini-split system was a single 30k BTU compressor with three heads installation including 2 wall units and 1 ceiling mount. Highly recommended!

Alex the tech was experienced, professional, and very informative of the process he was going through explaining was being tested on my HVAC system and educational by giving me a little history of my system. Do not hesitate to use this company especially if your looking for a good company with great communication and effective.
