Very poor experience with Ferguson brothers! Called them out to our house in wayne 3 months ago for a gas leak, they removed some lines we asked them to then tested for leaks, fixed one (supposedly) and said there must be a leak in the service line in the ground. After waiting a month on a quote that we never received to replace the service line, we had another contractor come out and replace it. He said the service line looked ok and performed a pressure test on the lines under the house which are still leaking. After calling and politely explaining the situation they agreed to come out and take another look on either Friday the 13th or Monday the 16th, today is the 19th and still no word from them. Tried to call several times today and it just goes to voicemail that's not set up. Thanks to Ferguson brothers we're out a couple thousand dollars and no better off than we were 3 months ago. Not to mention the house is not livable without the gas turned on.
