I have the pleasure of writing this review to showcase the upmost professionalism and quality of Reflective Contracting Services, LLC. In the day-to-day world of commercial construction, general contractors will come across several bad subcontractors that will delay the progress of the job through bad craftsmanship and lack of professionalism. Reflective Contracting Services, LLC is the complete opposite of this, and they are a breath of fresh air.

Through a 15-week open store remodel project, Reflective acted as our superintendent, framers, drywallers, and finish carpenters. Out of the three projects I ran during the same time period, Reflective's project came in on time, under budget, and received the greatest client satisfaction. Their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is only something a GC can wish their on-site superintendent and subcontractors have. From their top-notch communication in the office to the guys who have their boots on the ground every day grinding to complete their goal, Reflective Contracting Services, LLC has become our go to subcontractor.

Andrew and his team were phenomenal! I have hired countless contractors in the past, and Andrew’s communication is second to none. This instilled a level of trust and confidence throughout the process. He stopped by the project regularly, made sure the crew was maintaining a high quality product, and most importantly ASKED ME IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
Every crew member and subcontractor was entitled to speak directly with me, and make decisions on the fly. Again, constant communication. Our office got to know several members of the team, and you can just tell they care about their work and enjoy what they do.
We engaged Reflective for a medium sized commercial renovation. Andrew’s team never overcomplicated the project or the challenges that come up with projects of this scale. Again, having used MANY contractors in the past, I trust Andrew and his team. I plan to engage Reflective on several future projects. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Reflective Contracting on a renovation project at our St. Rose Campus. From start to finish, they were thorough, patient, and solution-focused, even when we encountered curve ball after curve ball, including the flooding disaster last summer. We have youth living on our grounds, so closing during construction wasn’t an option and reflective worked seamlessly around our operations.

Andrew, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He’s a “give it to you straight” kind of guy and we appreciated his candidness and transparency throughout the process. His team is professional, and highly skilled — exactly what you want in a commercial contractor.
