I want to let everyone know what good service I have had today from Donovan Jorgensen. They did my annual cleaning on my furnace. It was awesome. I have a new furnace which they put in 2 years ago and it works great. The service man, Drew, is also great. I always ask for him. He does great work. Best heating and cooling business ever!!

I recently had a complicated issue with a malfunctioning boiler that took out my hot water and radiator heat. Donovan & Jorgenson had replaced the boiler a couple years ago and serviced this specific issue. Long story short: This problem required several visits across several days before it was resolved. Due to the complications of living without hot water and inconsistent heat...I was not as calm and I could have been about the situation. Every D&J employee I interacted with was respectful, professional, and responsive. In hindsight, they could not have been more responsive to the issues, and I appreciated that they tolerated my frustration with the whole thing. They've got my business and recommendation not only for their expertise, but also their professionalism.

I have bought both a furnace and an air conditioner from Donovan and Jorgenson, and have had them do all of my HVAC maintenance and repairs for more than 15 years. They are honest, competent, friendly, and have always given me a fair price. When my furnace went out one winter, they came out and fixed it the same day. I strongly recommend them.

Want to give a huge shout out to Jess. She's been great to work with on any job or question I've had. She's the main reason I continue to do business with D&J. And the stickers are just the icing on the cake. The best dispatch around. Give that girl a raise. Good employees that actually care about their job like her are hard to find.

Donovan & Jorgensen recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Josh walked us through everything which gave us complete confidence. The installation crew, Stewie, Andrew, and Carlos were efficient, knowledgeable, and very patient. They protected our new floors, explained everything, and left us with a great new system. Communication with every team member was excellent. We are very pleased.

Previous condo owner used the company, so I did not do any research. From my initial phone call to their reminder and on the way phone calls, process was seamless. Drew was as professional and polite as can be, and he took the time to explain everything. Would highly recommend company for your heating & cooling needs.

I have reviewed DJ before but wanted to provide and updated comment on what an outstanding company they are.

I recently had another issue with my boiler, primarily due to the very hard well water that runs through our system impacting a key component.

DJ was there the same day to analyze the problem. It was not straightforward but they continued to take a proactive approach to fixing the issue. This involved several different treatments which ultimately was successful, and saved us a large expense.

We have had good luck with service providers and contractors over the years, the vast majority being conscientious, capable and customer oriented. Donovan Jorgenson is absolutely at the very top of this list, and is a benchmark for what you would want in a service provider.

I highly recommend Donovan & Jorgenson! Al was a great salesman and explained everything clearly to my wife and I. Bill & Nick did a very clean install, explained in great detail how to maintain our unit and cleaned their work area better than it was when they arrived. Fair pricing and great communication!

Our super old furnace was on the fritz, and D&J were extremely quick, prompt, and professional with getting a new one. They laid out all our options, and ran on time for the install. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend!

Honestly, I'm not sure we'll ever go elsewhere. The team at Donovan & Jorgenson continues to impress - while our experiences have not always been perfect, they have always gone above and beyond to make it right.

We were lucky to work with Al when deciding how to install AC in a 100+ year old house. He was patient and provided multiple options - including pros and cons. As the work took place, he kept tabs on us and offered cost savings opportunities, even coming out once himself to help us make sure something was right.

As with most (or all of my!) construction projects, there were hiccups. Al guided us through and we have been chilled (literally) ever since.

When we had an interesting issue arise this year (two years later), they turned a service call into an opportunity to correct an installation error - and repair any damages.

I cannot speak more highly of a team - they take opportunities and turn them into customer service wins. Thank you!

We recently needed to replace our furnace. They arrived on time, were courteous, and paid great attention to detail.

Sales and installers exceeded all expectations. Quick quote, fast and reasonable install, dedicated install team worked all day to get the job done. We were able to stay open during the a/c install and make sure our patients at our vet clinic stayed cool and got the care they needed.

We’ve used Donovan & Jorgensen at two of our homes for several years and always have great service! Drew was at our home today for our annual furnace tuneup and he is wonderful! He was professional and answered all of my questions and provided recommendations. They also handle our AC annual tuneups and are great. Highly recommend!

Just had completed an A/C year inspection/tune-up. Technician Kayla was prompt to arrive, completed the job thoroughly and stayed to answer all my questions--explaining them so I could understand better. I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a new Heating/AC unit and were very impressed with the great service we received. The Customer Service Rep, Steve T., was superb. Steve went out of way to provide a temporary/portable cooling device upstairs before the scheduled installation date so we'd be sleeping comfortably during the forcasted 90 degree days! We appreciated that tremendously! The installers were very nice/professional. We'll definitely be using Donovan & Jorgenson in the future.

Such excellent service. We signed up for Donovan & Jorgenson’s maintenance program several years ago, and it’s been wonderful. They come out twice per year and do basic maintenance on the furnace and the a/c. No one has ever pushed us to upgrade or to purchase anything (for point of reference, our furnace and a/c are over 25 years old, and still working as they should). Every person I’ve interacted with has been so efficient and just flat-out nice. I recommend Donovan & Jorgenson very highly. We will never go anywhere else.

Had another great experience with Donovan and Jorgensen. They always do it right. Kudos to the sales team (Mike) and the install and Quality control (Chad). New heat pump is fantastic. Super quiet compared to the old central air unit.

I recommend Donovan & Jorgenson to everyone, their service has been impeccable and when we purchased our new furnace from them a couple of years ago the process was extremely easy and the installation was perfect. They have always found a way to help me fix something before replacing it which I have appreciated. You won’t regret working with them!
