We were having problems actually getting a company to come to our home and give us a proper quote for service others wanted to charge for an estimate or base it off pictures. Due to covid, we delayed some much-needed repairs, and it was time to get caught up. Both Brian and the very professional plumber were awesome. They worked with us to get everything completed the way we wanted them done. I now have 2 completely functioning bathrooms, a utility sink and they were able to adjust some plumbing to make an outdoor shut off be in a more practical location. The repairs didn't cost me an arm and a leg, Everyone I spoke with did great with communicating with me. Things were done timely, efficiently.

Bret came out to our home to replace a leaking water heater, and did so very professionally! It was done quickly and they were able to find some room in the schedule to make sure it was replaced before failure.

I want to state right here and right now how very much I appreciate Andy from Horner Plumbing!! He came out here in very cold weather to fix a water break at our condo. One thing led to another as additional leaks occurred in the shut off valves, etc., necessitating he wait for the water works people to come out, all on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. He was here for many hours, and he acted very professionally, even though he was out in the cold on a weekend night, when I'm certain he would have preferred to be home with his family. The work he did was top notch, and I'm very grateful for Andy.

Horner Plumbing will now be my "go to plumber" going forward. I was having hot water pressure issues in my bathtub. I had one plumber come and spent $150 to have him say he couldn't resolve the problem. Based on a recommendation, I contacted Horner Plumbing. They felt confident they could resolve the issue. They came out the next day and replaced a part. Problem is resolved! Thank you Horner Plumbing!!

Staff at Horner are extremely helpful both in the arrangement and actual work done. Brian scheduled the work and was extremely efficient. George was on site to do the work. Our plumbing issue was not straight forward and George provided great insight into how to find a fix the issue. Happy to say we are all set and our shower is back in action. These guys are total pros! Horner's staff gave us a lot of confidence!

Horner plumbing provided one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had - I’m a first time homeowner and I walked downstairs to find part of my basement flooded because my water heater has cracked in half (well not enough but it certainly felt like it lol). It was during a polar vortex and it was -10 outside. From the time I got off the phone with Horner plumbing, I knew everything was going to be OK.

They worked closely with me to expedite a water heater installation, knowing that time was of the essence with the below freezing temperatures. They answered all of the questions that I had promptly and had options to communicate via texting or calling which for me was very helpful.

The technician arrived promptly at the beginning of the service window on the date of installation and was finished within two hours. An hour after that, I took a wonderful, hot shower. Overall, I couldn’t ask for anything more from a company and I can’t thank them enough. They treated me as if they were family. They are definitely my new Wisconsin plumber, especially for bigger issues like my water heater.
