Matt came out and looked at what I needed. Got right back with an estimate and Matt came back to do the work. Pleased with the service. Both men very professional. Will use them again.

Konz initially ordered incorrect heater, then they installed an insufficient heater for space. Heater was ultimately returned but they charged $1000 for the installation of their mistake. Refused to refund money.

Contacted to have job estimate. Never showed up for scheduled appointment, though he said he was here...Attempted to reschedule over a month ago, have yet to get email back....I guess they dont need the business.

The electrician came and replaced 2 light fixtures. He did not turn off power and shorted and blew a circuit breaker and damn near fell off the ladder. They were very expensive for the work they performed. They were supposed to call us back to quote us on some new lighting we wanted and they never called back.

A man needed to get into our house to do some work because our road is under construction. When I answered the door he said he needed to get in today, I stated that we have 3 dogs in the house and when workers need to get in they tell us in advance so we can have someone here with the dogs. So I told him he will not be able to come in today.He seemed like it was a major inconvenience to him that he wouldn’t be able to get in. After I told him that we don’t let workers in the house without someone watching the dogs because of the potential risk of the dogs running away from someone leaving the back gate open. He then replies with “well I’m not chasing after any dogs” that statement is COMPLETELY unacceptable. If he were to come in MY house and potentially let MY dogs out and not try to get them back if they were to run away is EXTREMELY wrong. If a worker were to come in MY home I expect them to take every precaution they can with my dogs and making sure they do not get out. Why would I let someone in my home who said that?

Why doesn't google allow a ZERO for a review? or even negative...

If you do business with this company get everything in writing...EVERYTHING...even after getting it in writing, maybe get it notarized.

They "bid" on a job and said worse case scenario was 12 man hours and material...they explained why they bid that, and agreed it was excessive. The job was less than 6 man hours and material and they went ahead and billed for the 12 man hour estimate. Correspondence with them proves they don't understand math, good business ethics and truth.

Their workers showed up uninformed and unbriefed as to why they were there, but kudos to the installers as they were great, even if they showed up unprepared, it's the management that is terrible, liars and thieves.

I dont think there are enough ways to say STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...Matt will sell you one thing, then renege and pretend he never said it...

Only way to stop a company like this is to quit using their services, and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure everyone knows what they are and how they operate and ideally no one else gets fleeced

Called and made an appointment for Friday August 23rd at 10 am to have a quote done. Gentleman on the phone said his coworker Matt would be the one doing it as he was off that day. No one showed so at 1100am I called the office and was told he wouldn't be able to make it that day and apparently didn't know about the appointment. Absolutely topnotch place here, glad I hadn't taken the day off just for this appointment. Hopefully karma gets them.
