Don, the owner of ATC has serviced three appliances for me, and i give him and his company the very highest rating. He is highly knowledgeable, quick to diagnose the problem, and swiftly gets the job done. When repairing my refrigerator and washing machine, he had the needed parts in his van. And his fees are very reasonable. Don is also a careful and tidy worker; someone you can trust.

Don was great, he quickly diagnosed the issue with a very special wine cooler and solved the problem easily. I also appreciated the attempt to save me money by attempting to fix a ice maker without replacing. When we had to replace he quickly acquired the ice maker and replaced it. Thank you!!

In this world of throw away appliances, it's refreshing to know that someone's willing to repair older equipment. I called and made an appointment to have Don come look at our broken washer. He diagnosed the issues and said it would take a few days to get the parts. We said yes to the suggested repairs and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with his service. I would definitely recommend this company!

Don stop by did a quick diagnosis of the problem ordered the parts and the next day he came and repaired our washing machine. And a big thanks do Don and his wife at ATC services.

I am very happy with the service I received from Appliance Tech-Care Services Inc. They came to fix my refrigerator the same day I called. They had the part I needed in their truck, and in 30 minutes had my 19 year old refrigerator working (and sounding) like new. I would not hesitate to call them again for any type of appliance repair.

We just moved into a new house and our washing machine was broken. I called a few places, but ATC Services was the first to get back to us and was able to accommodate our schedule. When Don arrived, he knew exactly how to fix the issues and did so in a timely manner even with having to order two different parts. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend ATC Services.

My 2 year old stove wouldn’t maintain heat. Needless to say, I was not happy that such a new appliance wasn’t working correctly (and of course, it was out of warranty). I called Appliance Tech Care, the repairman came in a timely manner. After determining that the heating element had failed, a new one was ordered. I anticipated at least 10-14 days without my oven, but two days later Don called and came over late on a Friday afternoon with a new element! Highly recommend Aapliance Tech Care for their prompt response, extensive background knowledge and experience, and efficient service. Experience means a lot, and I will certainly use their service again if I have an appliance that needs repair.

Again, thank you for your help and kind advice on my twenty year old Hotpoint clothes washing machine. After our meeting I immediately stopped at The Home Depot on my quest to locate a new washing machine, and I ended up buying a Maytag clothes washer for a decent price, including installation, and removing and hauling the old one.

All-in-all, it turned out to be a wonderful day. The Maytag is scheduled to be delivered on this coming Tuesday.

Thanks for the kind words about my three dogs!!! As you probably realized, although they look like Basenjis, they must have some Rat Terrier in their blood. They can be a rowdy bunch. They get along famously with my three
cats, but the cats do keep them in line when they need to. The cats all have their full complement of teeth and claws and they are quite willing to use them if necessary. But it seldom is.

As soon as you left, I let them all out of their crates/carriers.

Don is the BEST. He diagnosed my refrigerator icemaker problem, fixed it as soon as the part came in, and he was thoroughly professional and courteous and even provided helpful advice. He truly went the extra mile to be sure I was happy- he's been "our guy" for years and truly understands appliances. PLUS- his pricing is very fair. If you want an EXPERT- this is the guy.

When my washer and dryer combination stopped working I called Appliance Tech-Care on Monday morning. The technician Don came that afternoon and quickly fixed the problem. He showed me the problems and corrected them. The price was fair for the work. If I ever have an appliance problem again, this will be the first company I call. I highly recommend it.

Super speedy on getting over here to see what was wrong with our fridge. Very knowledgeable and could really tell he wanted to save me as much money as he could. Ultimately looks like we’re going to have to buy a new fridge but still very thankful for the advice and will call again if we need them!

When my Samsung washer broke down I was at my wits' end trying to find someone who would service it. I was SO lucky to find Appliance Tech Care! In addition to getting my washer up and running again, Don took the time to completely explain how my washer works and what had gone wrong with it, and even extended a 90 day guarantee. He also took the time to help me identify the source of an odor in my washer and explained how to correct that, telling me if I had any other questions any time to just call Marie and she'd help me out. What a relief to find such honest, professional, caring service. I will definitely use ATC for any other appliance repairs!

I had Don for my dishwasher repair and he was fantastic!! He diagnosed the problem, was able to get the part needed for my discontinued dishwasher, he called and came right over to do the repair. He was so nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

ATC was responsive and accommodating in scheduling our oven repair. Don is efficient and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, sent a part out for servicing, and completed the repair all within a reasonable timeframe and cost. We used them before for other appliances and will gladly use them again.

Repaired refrigerator last Summer and dishwasher today. Very easy to make appt. Arrived on time both times. Very timely and professional. I was told that if the hinge was broken on the dishwasher I may have to replace the washer as it was permanently attached to the frame. repairman went to 3 different hardware stores to find the right rivet to attach the hinge and was able to fix the problem. Very good price, esp since I did not have to buy a new dishwasher.

I initially called ~9 months ago to fix my oven. The lady who answered was absolutely delightful to talk with. She talked over the issue with me and after her advice, she helped me come to the conclusion that I was better off replacing the entire oven instead of fixing it. She spent 15 minutes on the phone knowing they weren't going to get any work but wanted to provide me a good customer service! Because of that, when my freezer started to have a problem, I called them up again. They were there 2 days after my call, showed the problem, and explained how they fixed it so there wouldn't be a problem again in the future. I'll be using them for all future appliance repairs!

The service and knowledge from this company were top notch. Each time I called, the phone was answered promptly, without any of the experiences that other reviews described. In fact, Marie, who answered, kindly contacted Don immediately, although it was 5pm on a Friday, due to recurrent troubles with our dishwasher. Don arrived within the hour to inspect the problem. He was up front and honest, and told us exactly how to remedy the situation. He was not only generous with his time, but also with his expertise and honesty. It is refreshing to work with a small business owner who really values his customers. We will surely be repeat customers.

I called Appliance Tech Care to inquire about which brand washing machine was a "good brand". I figured who knows best then the people who fix the machines. Marie was extremely helpful in educating me about the machines and giving me her recommendation. I absolutely took her advice and purchased the washer she recommended. I couldn't be happier with the decision. Keep in mind they do not sell appliances so she did not make any money from me. They will, however be my go to company with any appliance issue. I so much appreciated her knowledge and advice!

Have relied on Appliance Tech-Care Services multiple times. I think this may have been the first time, I had to call and leave a message. In listening to their answering message, it became obvious what kinds of questions they have had to answer again and again and again and again and again...! I appreciated the additional information. Return call was prompt. We've gotten so used to people who answer the phone not knowing enough to do anything other than answer the phone. Marie is a no-nonsense font of appliance information! She can tell you which appliances are really good, and which ones are essentially junk. The more accurate I can be at describing the problem and giving make and model no., the more helpful she is at diagnosing the actual problem - and telling you whether it's worth repairing.

When Don arrived he got right to work confirming the diagnosis and fixing the problem. Because he had enough information ahead of time, he came with the parts that were needed - making the service call as quick as could reasonably by expected. It helps that he enjoys working on the older, better quality appliances that can still give you a few more years of service if properly cared for (and that don't need a replacement electronics board that has to be specially ordered). I also like to watch what Don does and ask questions, so I can understand how my appliances work. He has always taken the time to explain answers to my questions and doesn't seem to mind me hanging around watching.

I call Don and Marie, at Appliance Tech-Care, because they are good old-fashioned small business owners who know what they're talking about, know what they're doing, are realistic about what needs to be (and can be) done and, then, get it done as quickly as scheduling allows!!

Anyone who has ever bought appliances (or cars or homes), knows they are not cheap. The maintenance and repair of those things, when done by experienced professionals, will not be cheap either.
