Our furnace failed on the Friday afternoon before Christmas. We also had 18 people scheduled for a family gathering on Christmas Eve Monday. They relieved the stress by simply installing the new furnace that evening. Schneiss truly goes the extra mile.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were timely in the replacement of our AC and fair in pricing. When there was a slight billing issue, I called and it was taken care of quickly and easily! No complaints at all, I recommend them!

On one of the HOTTEST most humid days this summer, I called Schneiss in the morning, letting them know our AC unit wasn't working. A tech came out THAT AFTERNOON, I didn't even need to be home! They went to the AC unit, replaced the dead capacitor and got us air conditioning again. They had to be swamped, and still fit us in. I'll recommend Schneiss ALL DAY.

Our story. We own Traditions Pub, we called for emergency Sunday morning service as our central air died. Jay came out and upon arrival I found out he put in the unit in 2007 for the former owners. More cool history on our place. We support local and this was above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Jay for getting us cool for our patrons in Fillmore.

Mark is an excellent technician and got to work right away, diagnosed the furnace problem, and provided options on how to deal with it. A part was needed to be sure our furnace would continue to work until one of the options was implemented, so Mark immediately went back to the shop, got the and installed promptly. Our furnace went out in sub zero temps; Schneiss were fast to commit to making a service call. It turned out our furnace was shot and needed replacement. The owner and his staff bent over backward to get install a new unit for us by the end of the next day, at a fair price and without pressure. They were professional and fair every step of the way.

I actually had them install 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioning units in a side by side duplex that I owned years ago. I went with them because they were members of our church. They are honest fair and extremely competent. They came in very professionally and are courteous and hard working. I highly recommend them for all your furnace and air conditioning needs.
