We've been using G & E for several years. They always do a great job, and thoroughly clean up after themselves. They've done minor repairs when needed, and have even changed our (really high) burned out outdoor floodlights (for a minimal fee). Highly recommend.

G&E Gutter does a solid, thorough and competent job of gutter and downspout cleaning, especially on a difficult roof (steel roofing, back gutter 2 stories off the ground, large oak trees in and near the yard). On their last job for me, there was a financial disagreement that means I will be looking for another service in future. However, if you are sure to work out firm costs and address any issues when receiving the invoice, I can recommend their work without reservation.

The technician who arrived to clean my carpets did a great job. My carpets weren't looking as fresh as I hoped, so I suggested adding water and extracting it one more time, thinking it might help lighten the dark grey water. After seeing the water taken out, I was encouraged to ask for a little extra attention. I spoke to Micah, and he kindly agreed to touch up the edges of my room where there was some discoloration. We decided on a few areas to enhance, and the results were fantastic. I'm excited to do business again in the future. I really appreciate the extra care given to my carpets.

My basement was flooded after a recent storm and I reached out to several carpet cleaning and restoration services. Harry & Sons Carpet Cleaning was the only one who responded promptly, even outside of regular business hours. Micah arrived at my home in less than an hour. He and his team spent several hours that night diligently extracting the water from my carpet and setting up drying equipment. For the following two days, they checked in multiple times a day to oversee the drying process. The job was completed and my basement carpet is now dry, free of any unpleasant smells, and looks as good as new. I am extremely pleased with their work. The team was professional and friendly. And to top it all off, the cost was very reasonable! Great job, guys.

I reached out for help with pet odor and urine removal. Our home has some old carpet, and our puppy had a few accidents. We had previously used another service that cleaned the carpet well and made it smell nice, but it didn’t resolve the issue with the puppy. When I contacted the new team, they arrived right on schedule. They didn’t push any extra products on us. They talked about their other available services to ensure we were clear on what we needed, but there was no hard sell for additional plans. They not only eliminated the urine smell for good, but they also removed a glue stain from the carpet that our kids had made, which the other service couldn't get rid of even after three tries! I was really impressed and will only reach out to them for our carpet cleaning in the future. I highly recommend their services!

After experiencing some not-so-great service elsewhere, dealing with this team was a breath of fresh air. They provided a clear estimate, picked up my rug right on time, and even called to confirm details. They scheduled the job exactly when they promised and came back to return the rug, being super helpful with rearranging the furniture. I really hope they expand to offer more services because they clearly understand how to take care of their customers!

this is my second time using harry & sons carpet cleaning, and both times have been a great experience, from the friendly staff on the phone to the technician who came to clean my carpets. the first time, micah and ashton came out—they were really professional and took time to explain how the carpet cleaning process works. they answered all my questions and worked quickly and efficiently. this time, ashton did the cleaning, and was once again very professional and explained the steps to me since it had been a while. when i asked how often to clean my carpets, he suggested every six months. great job, great price, and excellent customer service!
