Ansley appliance was a life saver, this guy was professional and very fast. My grandmothers stove broke down the day before thanksgiving and we thought we were going to have to buy a new stove. I decided to look for a appliance worker and ansleys came up. We were shocked that he was able to fit us in last min and the day before a holiday.He had us cooking by thanksgiving morning. After a very trying experience with another company I called Ansley!!!! Wow what a difference. So nice and professional. They diagnosed problem and then noticed that there was an issue with my gas line. Thanks so much for doing a great job. I would recommend them if you are in need!!!

Scheduled an appointment and gave the details over the phone of service needed. Told that it is fine to accept payment over the phone. Service Rep calls me and basically says the person I spoke to doesn't know what they are doing and that this is how we do it. (Cant accept phone or online payments) Ultimately because this companies employees are not on the same page, my time was wasted and still no repair. Also tech was rude. (Anthony I think) I live out if state and use several service providers from HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc and all have allowed for online or phone payments. These guys need to get with the times to better serve customers instead of giving them attitude.

Mr.Ansley and his son came by to fix my washer and dryer. Everything worked perfectly afterwards! They were very nice and explained everything to me as well.
