A different roofing company re-roofed our house in Springville several years ago but wasn't able to stop a leak at our chimney where a low slope roof commonly called a "cricket" met it. Being an architect, I understood that It was a difficult area to fix that required a combination of membrane roofing and metal flashing; however, they were unwilling and unable to even try to fix it properly. Out of frustration, I called the insurance company that handled the hail damage claim to get someone else to fix the problem.

The next day, Rigoberto showed up at my house. He climbed on the roof and assessed what needed to be done. That afternoon, he went and bought the materials that he needed and within a couple of hours fixed it himself. He assured me that he'd be back if I had any further leaks, but I had not further problems. I was so impressed by his professionalism that I asked for his business card and made note that I would use his company, Eagle Roofing and Construction the next time I needed a new roof.

Over the course of the next ten years, Eagle Roofing/Rigoberto has re-roofed two more houses for family members of mine including my mom's house and my aunt's house. My aunt's house was difficult to re-roof because it was an older home that was built using asbestos shingles. Rigoberto and his crew took care of it and handled another difficult chimney/roof flashing condition that would have likely cause other roofers problems.

I contacted him, he came over, gave us an estimate. We wanted ceramic tile in the entryway, and replace our single door to the back yard with double french doors. The estimate was reasonable, so we hired him. His crew showed up on time, they masked everything to contain the dust, and his crews were in our house for 3 days until they completed all of the work.
