Left stolen equipment at my house

He installed a small chain link fence. The work done was great, however it took more than a month to do the work that was done. I was put on the backburner everyday. He would do other jobs and then come to my hope after dark and was only able to work on for a couple of hours. The work began after Thanksgiving and as of 02/10/2022, he has not completed the work. The fence is up, however the gates sag and have large gaps which allow for the dogs to escape the fence. I am very disappointed. He was someone that I though I could trust to get the job done.

Great company! Would recommend to anyone! They came and took my trees down and cleaned up nicely as if the trees were never there.

Drew and his guys really came to the rescue after the tornado in Selma. They were able to get my house back in order and quickly.

So we had a few issues with this company but overall they made things right and Miss Tonya communicated very well with us. Far as their work they did a pretty good job.

Eastern Tree was a life saver for us. We had a large tree and had some cut after lightning struck part of it down by our lawn care person then they came out and cleaned and took away debri Afterwards another portion of the tree fell and they promptly came out to remove. We finally had the tree cut down. Very professional and then ground the stump. I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks to Tonya for all her help dealing with this stressed homeowner.

What a disappointment. We still have limbs and large tree trunks laying on our grass a month after having a tree taken down. Owner will not return our phone calls. I would advise you not to use this service!

Drew, Rory, and every contact point were responsive and understanding. The work was completed, many limbs cut away from the house, and the site was left cleaner than they found it! I highly recommend Drew and his crew! Thank you Eastern Tree and Construction!

This company is dedicated to ALABAMA POWER.I have use this company three times prior to this one "no problems" My appointment was change three time. I had to contact them they didn't contact me. Once you sign the contract they will move you around to their convenient time.

Communication is trash! Came by twice after the first visit for a quote. Made an appt. With no time had to call to see when they were coming. Just showed up and said they needed a climber. (You should've known that you needed a climber when you came out the first time.) They rescheduled the following week again with no time. Had to call them again and they just showed up no call saying what time they were coming. Same issue saying they need a climber and wanting to reschedule. They have absolutely no organization or communication skills.

Long story short. They weren’t professional and just made me feel unimportant. Wasn’t following up with me and hours late with no phone calls why, just didn’t have confidence in this company to get the job done so I call another company and they were professional and did a great job. 😞
