Completed a small commercial job for us and did fantastic work. The carpet was very filthy due to years of traffic and neglect and so we thought it was beyond repair, but it was not outside of the skill and care of To the Rescue. Great value as well.

At a time when I had no idea why was up or down, at 2 am ankle deep in septic backup, Mike met me in the middle of the night, took care of everything, offered advice, made me put on shoes to protect myself, took care of me when I couldn’t take care of me. The peace of mind he gave me was worth it. His crew was always courteous and kind, wore masks both for the task and for COVID precautions, and I almost wish I had another reason to hire them (kidding. No more issues, house, please). Seriously, best decision I made in my time of emergency.

Mike and his team have literally come to my rescue and done a fantastic job! When my white curtains had water stains, he was able to come immediately and help me out. I called him again to clean our carpets and they look better than ever...the service is amazing!

They were awesome. Response time was great. Knowledge of how to handle the situation and what to do was great. They just jumped in and started taking care of cleaning up the mess. Taking out damaged flooring and making sure I understood what they were doing. In a time of distress and confusion, they made me feel confident that they were going to handle it to the best ability. They were my calm in confusion.
I would highly recommend them and hoping I never have to have them again, bit would use them in a heartbeat.

To the Rescue cleaned several wool rugs that had been exposed to construction of a home. They did a wonderful job cleaning them. They looked beautiful and clean and smelt great!!

We already had, had the experience and knew they could be trusted to do everything we needed. Even getting everything formated so the insurance could review our claim without any questions. Great business! They rolled out my rug to inspect it and told me what needed to be done to bring out the color and best results. They were punctual in getting my rug cleaned and even glued back some areas that had come loose on the binding. Very personable and unloaded and loaded my carpet into my car. I would highly recommend!
