Highly recommended....came to my rescue on a weekend. Courteous, efficient service with lots of follow up.

The staff and technicians were courteous and efficient. They offered prompt service in a professional manner, with excellent results.

This company was very quick to respond to water damage to a wood floor but completely dropped the job leaving us hanging for a month walking over torn up flooring. After going back and forth several weeks they finally declined the job. Pathetic

Josh & Johnathan were just excellent: They kept us abreast of what they were doing & followed up daily. We were very impressed with the work & would recommend Covenant to friends & family.

Covenant came in to repair damage that another company had caused and did an excellent job. Covenant’s employee arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, didn’t prolong the job. I would use them again.

Please conduct research for restoration services. Unfortunately my wife and I experienced unsatisfactory services months ago.This company overcharged for services and refused to give copy of services rendered. I took pictures with my cell. My floor was dry by sixth day however this company left equipment running two weeks unnecessarily. Imagine my power bill to me and my wife's dismay.

This contractor did a very good job for me. They did an excellent job of water mitigation and came back to repair and replace drywall and vinyl flooring. The cost was reasonable.

Had a pipe burst under my house and they came out immediately to start removing the water even though it was late in the evening. Everyone associated was friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. They also coordinated payment with my insurance company.

They came promptly on a Saturday to begin the drying up process after my leak. They did great work and my house looks great after a lot of restoration. Everyone who came here to work was professional and friendly.

We recently had the opportunity to work with this company, our situation was water damage, there were a few bumps along the way and the process was timely, but the office staff is nice and every issue was handled with great professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks to Covenant Contracting!

I am a inspector for insurance loss claims and was sent to a property to inspect this companies work the home owner showed but the contractor did not I did the inspection and saw god awful work. Reuse of old material he took off walls like baseboard and mudded jokes where there should have been sheet rock. Paint prep wasn't done clean up was horrible homeowner had to clean up most he lied to mortgagor and said he replaced window she paid out of her own pocket. Cabinets supposed to be replaced but not. Painted around shower rod instead of taking 5 seconds to remove it. I called to confirm and he went ballistic and proceeded to prophanity.In my opinion this company (if you can call it a company) is horrible and management is even worse than there work and that says alot. They need to quit contracting and go straight to demolishing experts because that's about all they are good for.

Called Covenant to deal with water leak damage. Called at 7:00 A.M. on a Saturday morning and they were at my house by 9:00 A.M. working on drying the carpet and containing any mold. Their team did entire clean up and renovation and did a great job! Would definitely recommend.

We were so worried when our kitchen floors started buckling! After calling a plumber and AC company the plumber recommend we call covenant. They came right in and began investigating. They determined the problem which was condensation from under a porch. I highly recommend them if you have water issues

This was my first time having a "home issue" Melissa has been on point, and always available to answer my questions. I love the crew that came out and it was actually Josh Acosta- who found where my water was leaking from. He was VERY knowledgeable and gave me step by step the process so I would feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!!

We have had two leaks in our home and Covenant has helped with both. They are easy and wonderful to work with, very professional and good quality. We would recommend them to others and we are grateful for all they have done.

I have had some dealings with Covenant Contracting beforeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabut this time it is a major job. I called on them because I liked their way of doing business in the little things. Now I have a major repair job and they took it right on, came out looked at everything, explained to me what needed to be done and what they would do to fix it and bring the whole room up to standards again. First the crew with the dryers set up, this was a major amount of water damage and the dryers stayed in place four days. Then the adjustor came, went over everything in the room, made his notes and took his measurements, was on Time for his appointment, very polite, very efficient, very friendly and explained all that needed to be done. He left and a week later I had my estimate, knew exactly how much I needed to be prepared to pay, I was instructed to pick put the flooring I want to use as a replacement for the damaged tiles. I picked that out and sent it to the office, If it is the kind of floor they wil work with and can use, then we are ready to roll on my repair. The entire company is so good, from the front desk personnel to every workman who has come here to do anything. I am so impressed at the work ethic of these folks, and am so pleased with everything about this company. I want to recommend them to anyone who needs work one, and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know who may need their services. Thank you to everyone there, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Their cleanup process was thorough, the water removal went well, they were at my home the day they received the call about the flooding. Kudos to Melissa who put up with all my questions, Josh and his brother for being such great guys to work with. This is a fantastic group who do an excellent job.

Joe Stampe...I was cussed out by this man. He billed my insurance company thousands for work he did NOT do. He was fraudulent in billing my insurance as well. He did not complete the job. He got mad and told me he would do what HE wanted to to my home. The hardwood flooring was not installed properly and is bulked up. This guy is awful to deal with. I guess since I am a single mother he felt he could run over me and curse at me. I would NOT RECOMMEND! Do some research. There is several reports and reviews, negative, where this same thing has been done to other homeowners.

We had our bottom floor of our home flood and we had a friend refer us to covenant. When the project started in August, they were very helpful and attentive, came out immediately to assess the damage and get a quote to send to the insurance company. While it took a week or two for insurance to finally come through, covenant helped us to get it all approved by them. Once the money came in is when covenant completely changed. We called multiple times to get our project started and kept getting told “We’ll call you back.” All the while, our downstairs was left destroyed. By October, we finally reached out to the owner to get our project on the books and immediately got it scheduled. They sent out 1 person to do our project, and it took almost 3 weeks to complete. Initially when he finished the project, there were so many mistakes such as scratches on our new flooring, cracks in new flooring, broken pieces of flooring during installation, paint on new flooring, doors not being painted, transition pieces not installed properly, and honestly the overall floor not installed properly. They came to “fix” the problems, but simply didn’t. He reinstalled a few boards that he had broken, but all in all almost all of our floor is completely installed wrong. I should not be able to feel where the boards meet wherever I walk. They are already chipping because he broke multiple boards by installing them improperly. Management acted like they cared, but they did no such thing to make sure things were properly done. They also charged us for things that were not done. Now we are out of thousands of dollars and have flooring that should look brand new and last, but is already being destroyed due to improper installation. I cannot stress enough how completely unsatisfied I am with this company. Because of them, we will have to spend more of our money to get yet another flooring done.
