We scheduled a visit to have our gas fireplace checked out and the dryer vents cleaned out. Top Hat came out and Christopher was amazing! He was genuinely fantastic and we had a great experience on all things. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and my husband and he were able to chat about their time in the military and really connect. They even sent a text when he was on his way with his photo and little bio which was such an extra touch to give people comfort about who was about to come into their home.
