His communication before and throughout the project was excellent. His timing and quality of work exceeded expectations. Chris and his team really care about what they are doing and they don’t cut any corners. Several times, Chris showed he’s willing to go above and beyond. Showed up to the house today without a courtesy call. Two non-English speaking gentlemen wanted to have my wife open our fence gate and garage. After telling them to wait a few minutes while she brought our dogs into the house, one guy had entered the side gate and was stopped by our dogs! Done working with a company that can’t /won’t communicate with us!

Excellent Service. Very Knowledgable. Competitive costs. Very assessible and communicates well via text. They installed our sod and sprinkler system when we first built our house and we've used them for several landscaping projects since then as well as annual winterization on sprinkler system. A great resource to bounce ideas off when considering landscaping, irrigation, drainage projects etc. I've got a list of projects that I want to do and Chris has provided me itemized costs for each project that I can do when I'm ready. I can't say enough good things about Clay Irrigation & Landscape!

I had a very difficult sprinkler system issue to solve. Although they did not install my original system 20 years ago, they worked hard to solve all the issues. Unlike the first firm I hired, they did not quit until the problems were resolved and the system was running properly. .The final bill was reasonable for the work performed. I highly recommend this firm and their experienced, polite, dedicated employees.

Clay irrigation has been servicing our sprinkler system for several several years! We love their service, they are very prompt handling any issues we amy have! All of their service guys are great to deal with and very respectful!!! All of the people at Clay’s are great to deal with! Chris and his team did an excellent job with our landscaping and irrigation. Great communication, timely installation, kept site clean and organized, and very detailed.

Clay Irrigation installed a new city water-fed system for us. They also repaired our lake-fed system. They are the best and most knowledgeable irrigation experts.
They perfectly contoured our yard and laid sod. But their best work was a stacked stone retaining wall and stairs. Beautiful.
Clay has a big crew, they were in and out fast and left our place cleaner than when they got here. Quality work that we will enjoy for a lifetime.

I had an issue with my sprinkler system, and it was holding up a landscaping job. Even though I wasn't on the schedule yet for the spring service, they were able to work me in on the same day! Mariett did a wonderful job getting everything coordinated. And their service person, Migel, had it up and running quickly. Great customer service!

We had the best experience with Miguel and his crew. They came out and fixed our irrigation system. They were so nice and efficient. We appreciate their hard work and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

Not good. Just not professional at all.
I had an old system that had significant damage done with a landscaping project and a driveway addition. They put in a bunch of sprinkler heads and put down a bunch of pipe… But it was not Designed well at all. It’s getting water all over the house and wide areas of the lawn are just not covered at all. I told them that I was going to have sod put down and where all the sod was going to be… There are massive gaps and after their work was finished, I had to have an actual professional come out and fix everything that they had done poorly.
Do yourself a favor and find a company that will respond to your calls and do the work the right way the first time.

The crew came out and did our mulch and weeding in our flower beds and it looks amazing. They did an incredible job. I worked with Mariette on the phone and she was so nice and knowledgeable. The entire company is wonderful and we will use them in the future.

I will never use this Clay Irrigation company ever again. Since they are located in Guntersville area I was told they charge $165 just to drive down into Huntsville in order to give a free estimate. I was not told about this when I call in to scheduled an appointment. Not only that when I scheduled an appointment to add a new drip line to the existing sprinkler system, I requested an estimate. The technician told me when he get back to the office he will ask his boss to send me the estimate. Instead, I got a bill for $428 not fixating anything at all
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CHEAT AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE CUSTOMER

I was in need of some assistance with my tall shrubs at my home as well as weeds on the back side of my fence earlier this year. I can’t trim the shrubs by myself anymore or get to the backside of my fence after my auto accident in 2023. I called Chris Clay and asked for help after things had already gotten out of hand. I had used them at my prior job. The Clay Irrigation team was always a very honest and dependable team. A few days later Chris sent two trucks and 4-5 guys over. They knocked everything out in about an hour.

He was super thoughtful and made sure the service provided was affordable given my situation. That kind and simple gesture may have seemed small to him but it was a really big deal in my new world. I hope it shows who they are and what they’re all about as a company.

Please give Clay Irritation a chance if you’re looking for a service that they offer. I truly believe that you’ll be glad you did.
