Alabama Climate Control is the best!!! They installed our new HVAC system several years ago. We have our yearly check up with them. We have not had any issues with our system. So nice to not have to worry about it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I have been with Alabama Climate Control for several years. The office contacts us to schedule spring and fall maintenance, which is so helpful (one less thing to remember). It certainly keeps our unit in working order year round.

Brandon B is our go-to guy there. I always ask for him by name because he is so thorough. In our previous home, we had an older unit that needed repairs on a few occasions. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it & we never had to call him back.

UPDATE: Chris, the general manager, called and was extremely professional, and we have come to an agreement on a refund amount. For him being so understanding, willing to listen, and willing to give us some of our money back, I am giving them an additional star.

This is lengthy but you will know what you’re dealing with……We had a technician come by and said we were low on Freon. We paid over $500 on Monday for him to put Freon in, but he did not have to time to look for the leak. On Tuesday, we paid his service fee but he said he could not find the leak which according to him meant the leak was an extremely small one and we should be fine. On Friday, our A/C was back not working. We called the after hours number to have someone come out and the on call technician never returned our call. We had to get another company to come out that found the leak in less than 10 minutes in the unit. Alabama Climate Control’s technician did not even look in our unit. He was in our attic looking for the leak. My husband called and talked with the office manager about a refund and he was denied the request and hung up on. I called to speak with the GM or owner. I was told he was on the other line but would return my call when he got a chance. Almost 48 hours later, no call. I called them, no answer. Called a second time and the office manager refused to let me speak with anyone but her. She told me this issue ended with her because she was the manager over everyone AND hung up on me. When I called back she said “this conversation is over”. I said I wanted to speak to her boss, she laughed and said, “I don’t care who you talk to!”…….but yet still refused to let me speak with anyone besides her. Mistakes happen, so maybe the technician was having an off day but we needed our A/C fixed, and they failed to do so but refused to make this issue right. The unprofessional attitude of this “manager” was beyond uncalled for. I asked her to please give my information to the GM or owner, but I’m not holding my breath waiting on that call.
