Rainbow took care of my water problems. They were very professional and went over and above to take care of us. They were extra careful to contain the work space so as not to mess up the rest of the house. Very satisfied with service and will use again as needed.

Very quick response to emergency situations. Our sewer ejector pump backed up sewer into our bathroom, and they came by when we called. They had very reasonable prices, and even came down on the price of a quote after they finished the job and it didn't take quite as long as they planned. Stanley (the owner) is very nice and easy to work with, and comes by to check on the work being done every time they were at the house. The guys who work for him are very nice and professional. They will work around your schedule.

Brandon and Cameron were professional, considerate, polite and hard working. They came by the house daily to monitor drying of the damaged area. It was important to them to make sure we had a safe living space. I would highly recommend Rainbow, and specifically Brandon and Cameron.

We were away from home when a water line in our bathroom blew loose. Rainbow arrived quickly when they were alerted and were able to assess what additional equipment would be needed to resolve the problem. They were always courteous and professional. After getting as much water as possible out they brought in heaters and blowers which they positioned inside the house as well as under the house. It took a little more than a week to get the subfloor dry after the carpet was taken out. Rainbow personnel came every day to check moisture levels and make whatever changes needed to position the equipment to hasten the drying process. They had to arrange for a "packout" to remove the furniture and all accessories. The contractor who will do some repairs commented on the quality of their work. He said they knew what they were doing! I would definitely recommend this group of caring
professionals .

I am so pleased with this company and can not say enough good things about them! I called and Darrell the owner himself was able to work around my busy schedule to come out and assess the damage, or lack there of thankfully! He was not only thorough and honost but took the time to really explain and answer all my questions on what my next course of action needed to be. Very glad I called! When a pipe bust and there is damage it's hard to be in the best of moods but he sure made me feel at ease about everything.

The drying fans and dehumidifiers are quieter than I expected as well.

Our main water line separated from our sewer line, Rainbow Restoration came out and cleaned up our crawlspace to where the plumbers could work and then came back out after the plumbers had completed their job and made sure that everything was still dry, clean and sanitary. I cannot recommend Rainbow Restoration enough!
