From the moment he arrived, Chris was extremely professional, His expertise and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. I especially appreciated the extra care he showed—he even wore shoe bootie covers, which speaks volumes about his respect for my home.

It’s not often you come across a technician who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Chris definitely deserves 6 stars ⭐️ extra one for the shoe covers 🤣 and getting my unit FIX!

He represents Thomas Service Co. very well. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your technician, you’re in great hands. I highly recommend him and the company for anyone needing HVAC or plumbing service.

They were the second company we called and responded quickly! They were less expensive than the other company and had us booked and installed in just a few days - even during the Christmas season. We would highly recommend them!

We have a maintenance plan with Thomas HVAC. They prevent and troubleshoot problems by servicing our units twice a year. And they respond quickly and professionally in the event a problem does occur.

Quoted one price ..charged higher...capacitor and cleaning over $1000 ....pics on how they cleaned...debris against coils....uggggg
