Brad is great. I have used Service Tech One twice now. They have come out promptly and diagnosed the problem and had the ac fixed within an hour. I would reccomend them for the wonderful and caring attitude towards their customers.

I own a few rental houses and depend on this company for several reasons. Brad always answers my phone calls and has the problem fixed within 24 hours . He is very knowledgeable and aware of costs and the needs of the tenants ( he once took a window unit to a house for a tenant with a newborn during the hottest part of the summer to keep them cool while he repaired their air-conditioning system). I also trust him to tell me exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be done. Great guy, great company. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Brad responded to our call extremely fast. He talked me through everything he was doing and actually called me over to show me exactly what he was doing in case it ever happened again. Service was extremely friendly and very professional. I’ve never had someone so willing to explain what they were doing and as a first time home owner, I was very thankful for Brad.

I have used Service Tec One for nearly 20 years, in fact Brad Houston put in a whole system (inside & out) for me in 2007 & it’s still running great! I have him come out for annual maintenance & repairs as needed. His prices can’t be beat, and they have always done a great job for me. Thank you Brad! I can always count on you! 👍🏼

Best company I have ever dealt with! Brad is a extremely nice tech and truly knows what he is doing!!
I have a self lighting Gas heat furnace. It was "NOT sending a code that something was wrong!
Brad ran every possible test after he let air out of gas line! Furnace ran perfect and all test showed furnace was running perfect!!
Brad could have replaced any part and I would have NOT have dis agreed he was wrong! Brad explained every test he did and did NOT replace any part! He said it must have been air in gas line.
Brad is extremely HONEST which is very hard to find in today's world.

Brad showed up exactly when specified and he was more than helpful! Saved me money replacing a key part to my AC unit and gave me numerous tips as to how my system functions, and what I can do to lower my power bill. He is knowledgeable and very nice to work with, would highly recommend!

We came home from vacation to a hot house. We called Service Tec One Heating and Air hoping to get them to look at the AC the next morning because it was getting late. The owner, Bradford gladly came that night to look at our AC unit. He was to the house within 30 minutes. He found the problem and had the house cooling quickly! He then explained to us what happened, and gave us some helpful tips to prevent it from happening again. Bradford was so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Brad and his team from Service Tec are amazing people. Of the quotes I obtained for a new HVAC system, Brad was the only one to give me detailed options and explain all the things I did not understand. After choosing this company, they were here to install a little over 24 hours later. They were on time, courteous, clean, respectful, and went above and beyond any expectation. Other than a nice cool house and the new machine in our yard, you could not tell that anyone had been here working- that is how neatly they cleaned up and put everything back the way it was found. We look forward to using them for maintenance from here on out and highly recommend them!

Brad and his team are awesome! He is down to earth and extremely helpful and professional. When I needed my AC fixed, he was there ASAP and got me up and running again in no time. His prices were the best I've seen by a long shot and he took the time to show me how to troubleshoot the basics of my system as well as how to perform maintenance and minor repairs. Great experience!

Brad and his crew were great. Quick to come out and give me an estimate. When the job was done, they were friendly and professional, made sure the right work was being performed, and were on the ball. Clean, professional installation of both the indoor and outdoor parts of a split system heat pump. Very satisfied, and recommend.

If I could rate this company a million stars I would ! Mr. Brad and his company are the BEST hands down! He was super honest and straightforward with me ! He called and checked on my family EVERYDAY to make sure we were cool ( if we needed fans , window unit .. ANYTHING) until it was our time to get our unit installed ! The install was fast and efficient! I WILL NEVER do business with any other Air/Heating company! SERVICE TEC ONE HEATING AND AIR YOU ARE STUCK WITH ME FOR LIFE!

My a/c unit went out during the hottest days of the year. Service Tec One was recommended to me & when I called Mr Brad came out right away. All the other companies wanted me to wait up to two days in 100 plus heat. Mr Brad got me an excellent deal on a new 3 1/2 ton. His guys worked non stop in 101 temps quickly & efficiently. They had my air up & running by late afternoon. It was a pleasure to do business w/ him & his company. Thank u Mr Brad for ur honest, hard work & getting me up & going again so quickly.

Great price on a new AC. Mister Brad and his whole crew were very friendly and very professional, thorough and also got the whole unit installed very quickly. Roger, has been to our house a few times. He serviced our HVAC, and helped install UV lights in our unit and even helped setup up our new ac control panel. He was professional and well priced!
