We had us a really bad main drain clogged. The downstairs facilities were backing up in the toilet and bathtubs. Zoom was contained, and a short time the technician arrived. The technician was respectful and professional. In 30 minutes, the problem was solved. Great company. I will highly recommend them. 👍

Zoom drain is the best. Awesome men showed today to clear our clogged drain. James and his helper(sorry didn't get name) came at appointment time and got us up and running again. They stayed until they knew everything was good. Thank you all for answering and sending some great guys out. Debra

While having drain issues is always a frustrating issue Zoom Drain addresses the situation quickly and efficiently. Matt Smith our technician was prompt and professions. He corrected our issue and cleaned up after the repairs. This was a drain issue, Zoom Drain has also addressed plumbing issue for us in the past.

Amazing service. I was without water due to a pipe breaking in my ceiling and they came right out. James was at my house waiting for me when I got there. He was the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. I called Zoom Drain explained the issue he sent a technician within 45 minutes to our location. He diagnosed the issue and was even able to fix it the same day. i can honestly say i would recommend this company to anyone having issues. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.

Called yesterday evening about a leak in my attic. First thing bright and early this morning James came to assess and work on the repair and was incredibly professional, friendly, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing BEFORE he began to be sure it was okay with us. I can't tell you how grateful I am for James' fantastic customer service and honestly his basic human decency, because it seems it is not the standard anymore. He stayed and absolutely insisted on cleaning up all of the insulation and debris, which was above and beyond what any other tech has done for us. Truly grateful for the efficiency and expertise he demonstrated and would absolutely recommend Zoom Drain, specifically James, every time.

I am disabled person and it was a pleasant experience to work with this company. From my first call in and spoke with Russ to the finish my experience was great. The continuous communication made me feel relaxed and confident dealing with Zoom. The people were very respectful and friendly, made me feel like I was being helped by a old timey operation who actually cared about me, I think Russ and the tech really cared.

Technician was professional and represented his company well. Was well mannered and listen to customer and went out of his way in customer service. Highly recommend ZOOM and will use them again.

He cleared out the toilet and it’s flushing normally again. And came out about 1 hour after I made the call. Pleased with the service.
