Incredible service. I will never not use this company again. They had to come in and fix a problem that the last company could not, and I have not had any problems since. everyone was extremely polite and professional as well.

This company hired an unprofessional driver who can’t drive. Guy driving a tag plate 58AB1RU and his van #154 was flicking everyone off on the road and was driving 90 mph. Why hire this company if their drivers don’t even care about other life’s on roads.

Our AC would not come on. Massey came and completed work in 1 hour. Re-wired system, programmed thermostat and replaced contactor. Very professional and knows his work. Highly recommended..

Office manager is VERY rude. The entire time talking, she cut me off or felt she needed to correct me. 210 dispatches this company and they suck at updating the portal with a diagnosis. Called 210 and 210 is blaming them saying diagnosis updates are immediate and this company is saying it takes 24-48 hours. Either way, someone is lying and this office manager is rude.

Kevin was a tremendous help to us when our air went out unexpectedly. He kept in touch and informed through the whole process of getting our air back on.

The only company I will let work on my A/C. Kevin is reliable and honest. He maintained my old units and installed my new ones. I have had the new units for a couple of years and haven’t had one problem.

Kevin Massey is amazing! Very professional and is the best A/C guy I have ever met. This guy is an A/C God! If you need a guy that is honest and a genius at A/C stuff then call him asap.
