I have high standards and was beyond impressed by TemperaturePro's caliber of service. Less than 12 hours elapsed between when I initially called them, set up an appointment for the following morning, received a punctual, professional inspection and had my AC coil leak fixed and the freon refilled. Throughout this process, they used multiple technologies to keep me informed, with text alerts during scheduling, GPS tracking of the service member beforehand, digital analysis systems to read HVAC vital metrics, emails of all photos taken during inspection, instant and accurate PDF invoices with full breakdowns of costs. Steve Hess was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and professional and helped me understand my repair options so I could feel confident about my repair decision. I couldn't have asked for better service and will absolutely be recommending TemperaturePro to family and friends.

Very happy using this company for our recent tune-ups of our AC units. Communication via text and email was fantastic. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable and had a part that we needed on his truck ready to go. Would definitely recommend!
