Servpro sent professionals to find my leak, repair it, dry out the wet areas and repair all the damage in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the service provided and the quality of work.

Dear Eva, Sam S., & Sam T. Thanks for literally spending a whole day at my house to help with this mold removal project. You all did it swiftly and professionally considering the sizeable work ahead.

Had major water leak in basement. They had supervisor out within a couple of hours and explained the process in detail. Was late in the afternoon and no further damage was going to happen so early next morning they had a full crew of at least 8 people vacuuming the water, removing all the carpet and pad, removing baseboards and cutting sheetrock. They had 5 dehumidifiers and 24 air handers going for 4 days to dry out the studs, baseplate and sheetrock. Everyday, someone came to check the moisture level . The supervisor , Gage was by regularly to verify the findings and at end, was the last person to leave. I was kept abreast of everything. Extremely satisfied and now can proceed with the repairs.

The team showed up quickly and treated us like family! Eva, Butch, David, Gabe, Richard, Country, D and TJ! Thank you for taking care of us!

David Spitzmiller and crew are professional, quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any cleaning, restoration, or construction needs. Their water mitigation department is top notch!

We’ve enlisted the support of this Servpro franchise twice in the last few years. The most recent issue was two weeks ago when experiencing frozen pipes that burst in my daughter’s attic. Servpro had someone on site within an hour of us placing the call! Their representative was understanding and caring. They realized the stressful nature of what was a huge mess in her home and did a fantastic job of explaining the steps they’d complete to get everything back in order. The next day a crew arrived ready to work and followed through on everything we were told. We are on the reconstruction phase of this issue now and since day one everything has been conducted in a professional and caring manner. If we ever face a similar situation in the future Servpro is going to be one of the very first calls we make!

Worked hard and did everything for us. We didn't have to move one piece of furniture. Stopped by almost every day to see if our house was drying properly and when it wasn't drying fast enough they sent a team to do more work. Very professional and liked that they wanted to make sure it was right!
