Johnny and his staff went out of the way for me and my family. We were renting a house in Hartselle from southern oaks property. It was the middle of summer and our central unit went out. Our children couldn’t sleep and were getting sick from the heat.
Southern oaks called Johnny to come look at the unit, when he arrived he found the whole unit needed to be replaced and he relayed the information to southern oaks, who said the owner was taking her time deciding. After a week of no decision Johnny seen my families struggle and showed up one day with window ac units.
He did not charge for them, and said it was between us and he just couldn’t leave us and our children there suffering while southern oaks and the property owner took their time to decide what to do.
Johnny went out of his way for my family and had our backs till they finally replaced our unit. For that I am grateful, and he has my respect.

I used this company quite a few times when we were living in Decatur. They were always nice, on time, great communication and the cost was reasonable. We moved to Falkville and needed some work done. Called them and got the same service.

If you have HVAC Problems on a Holiday or Weekend you're out of Luck...Was going to make a Senior Citizen Couple wait 2 days for service in the middle of a Heat Wave...I use someone else now....

This is my second time calling these guys out, this time unfortunately my family was going through an Medical emergency, and 4 Season heating and cooling Went above and beyond to work with me and I will always Recommend and call on them every time! Thank you for being a great company

I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE.
Last week while my grandfather was on his deathbed, my grandmother got a quote from another company that said she needed a whole new Unit.
Our neighbor recommended 4 seasons, they came out right away and fixed the unit for $225 and saved the day.
On top of being so quick and efficient, the tech who came out had surgery the day before and even though he wasn’t suppose to be working he came to check on my grandmother in her time of need, and offered to come anytime day or night if she needed. In America today we need to support hardworking local company’s who look out for the little people and 4 seasons is exactly that.
